Desde ESENTIA RH nos encontramos en búsqueda de un Líder de Back Office Transaccional para sumarse al equipo de una importante entidad financiera.

Misión del Puesto: Liderar la transformación y mejora continua del Back Office Transaccional, asegurando la eficiencia, calidad y continuidad de los procesos y promoviendo la automatización, la gestión de riesgos y la evolución del modelo operativo en línea con la estrategia del banco.

Principales responsabilidades:

  • Liderar las áreas de Canje y Factoring, Cuentas, Canales y Convenios, Préstamos y Seguros, y Soporte Operativo a Sucursales, alineando objetivos y prioridades.
  • Definir y ejecutar la estrategia de evolución del Back Office, en línea con las necesidades del negocio y la estrategia del Banco.
  • Rediseñar y optimizar procesos, promoviendo su simplificación, estandarización, automatización y mejora continua.
  • Impulsar iniciativas y proyectos de transformación vinculados con tecnología, automatización, datos e integración de procesos.
  • Asegurar la implementación de controles y el cumplimiento de la normativa vigente, gestionando los riesgos asociados a los procesos bajo su responsabilidad.
  • Monitorear indicadores de gestión y calidad, utilizando información para identificar desvíos, medir resultados y orientar la toma de decisiones.
  • Fortalecer el vínculo con las sucursales y áreas comerciales, identificando oportunidades de mejora en los procesos y en el soporte operativo.
  • Asegurar la continuidad y eficiencia de la operación, gestionando capacidades, contingencias y necesidades críticas del área.
  • Liderar y desarrollar al equipo, promoviendo autonomía, formación, colaboración y una cultura orientada a la mejora continua y al uso de datos.

Requisitos

  • Formación: graduados de Ciencias Económicas o carreras afines.
  • Experiencia mínima de 3 años en posiciones similares de liderazgo operativo, Back Office, Operaciones, Procesos o áreas transaccionales, dentro de entidades bancarias.
  • Experiencia en reingeniería, simplificación, digitalización o automatización de procesos.
  • Dominio avanzado de Excel y herramientas de análisis y visualización de datos como SQL, Python y Power BI.
  • Experiencia trabajando con herramientas de automatización y orquestación de procesos como RPA, Power Automate, Power Apps, BPM o soluciones equivalentes.
  • Conocimientos sólidos de la normativa del Banco Central de la República Argentina (BCRA) aplicables a los procesos, productos, canales, controles y riesgos bajo su responsabilidad.
  • Disponibilidad horaria para la gestión de contingencias, incidentes críticos, cierres y necesidades operativas excepcionales.
