📍 Ubicación: Jujuy | Jornada Full Time

En ESENTIA RH nos encontramos en la búsqueda de un/a Procurement Manager para incorporarse a una importante industria minera.

Su principal desafío de liderar integralmente la gestión de Compras, asegurando procesos eficientes, competitivos y alineados con las necesidades del negocio.

Principales responsabilidades

  • Liderar y desarrollar al equipo de Compras, coordinando prioridades y recursos.
  • Gestionar integralmente el proceso Procurement to Payment (P2P) en SAP.
  • Anticipar las necesidades de abastecimiento de las distintas áreas y garantizar el cumplimiento de los procesos de compra.
  • Liderar negociaciones estratégicas con proveedores, buscando las mejores condiciones de costo, calidad y servicio.
  • Desarrollar y gestionar un portfolio de proveedores.
  • Impulsar iniciativas de optimización de costos y mejora continua.
  • Definir y monitorear KPIs del área, generando información para la toma de decisiones.
  • Trabajar transversalmente con Supply Chain, Operaciones, Mantenimiento, Finanzas y Seguridad.
  • Asegurar el cumplimiento de las políticas corporativas vinculadas con Compras, Ética, Seguridad y Sustentabilidad.

Requisitos

  • Formación universitaria en Ingeniería Industrial, Logística, Administración o carreras afines.
  • Mínimo 7 años de experiencia en gestión de Compras / Procurement, con experiencia en posiciones de liderazgo.
  • Experiencia en industrias de alta complejidad operativa y logística, como Oil & Gas, energía, industria pesada o similares.
  • Experiencia liderando equipos de al menos 5 personas.
  • Manejo experto de SAP – excluyente.
  • Excel avanzado y conocimientos de Power BI (deseable).
  • Inglés avanzado (excluyente)
  • Disponibilidad para viajar periódicamente a sitio y, eventualmente, al exterior.
