Vous serez embauché(e) par GEBOSSE en CDI à temps plein à raison de 4,5 jours par semaine et mis(e) à disposition de notre entreprise adhérente, située à RIXHEIM.

Sous la direction du Responsable ADV, vous êtes le pivot central entre les clients, les équipes commerciales et les services logistiques/comptables. Votre rôle est d’assurer le traitement administratif et le suivi des commandes pour garantir la satisfaction client et la fluidité des flux de l’entreprise.

MISSIONS PRINCIPALES​

1. Contrats et Marchés Cadres :

  • Accueil/Standard téléphonique
  • Gestion administrative des ventes et des commandes clients
  • Création des livraisons, facturations
  • Suivi logistique
  • Gestion des litiges, en collaboration avec le service qualité
  • Suivi des échéances et des prix
  • Classer et archiver les dossiers (contrats/commandes/infos techniques) dans Teams
  • Recherche, participation & amélioration aux processus
  • Relances des impayés

2. Distribution (France uniquement) :

  • Accueil/Standard téléphonique
  • Participation à l’élaboration des devis (validation : N+1 jusque 50k€, validation N+2 au-delà)
  • Suivi et relances des devis
  • Gestion administrative des ventes et des commandes des clients
  • Création des livraisons, facturations
  • Suivi logistique
  • Gestion des litiges, en collaboration avec le service qualité
  • Classer et archiver les dossiers (contrats/commandes/infos techniques) dans Teams
  • Recherche, participation & amélioration aux processus
  • Relances des impayés

3. Achats/Informatique/Gestion :

  • Gestion des articles (IQS)
  • Gestion des commandes d’achat (produits en négoce)
  • Recherche et amélioration des conditions d’achat (partie négoce)
  • Classer et archiver les conditions (Teams)
  • Participation à l’enrichissement de la BDD SAP (commandes, stock, conditions prix etc)
  • Participation à l’élaboration des inventaires de stock

PROFIL ATTENDU

  • Formation : BAC+ 2 (BTS ou DUT commercial)
  • Expérience : 3 ans minimum sur un poste similaire
  • Compétences : très bonne maîtrise de SAP + outils bureautiques
  • Langue : Anglais niveau C1 impératif et pratique professionnelle de l’allemand

AVANTAGES EN TANT QUE FUTUR COLLABORATEUR

  • Démarrage : dès que possible
  • Type de contrat : CDI temps complet à raison de 4,5 jours par semaine soit 35h00 hebdomadaires
  • Répartition horaire : du lundi au vendredi à 13h00 (plages fixes et plages variables)
  • Statut : Agent de maîtrise
  • Rémunération : Salaire mensuel brut pouvant aller jusqu’à 2 835,00 € selon expérience et degré d’autonomie.
  • Titres restaurant : valeur faciale 11,00€ (part « salarié » 4,40 €, part « employeur » 6,60 €)
  • Lieu : RIXHEIM
