Vous aimez raconter des histoires, créer du contenu engageant et animer des communautés en ligne ? Passionné(e), créatif(ve) et organisé(e), vous accompagnerez 4 entreprises partageant des valeurs humaines fortes et une vision commune : communiquer autrement, avec cohérence, impact et authenticité. Vous construirez une présence digitale forte, développerez l’interaction avec leurs audiences et valoriserez leur image à travers des publications créatives et inspirantes.

MISSIONS PRINCIPALES​

Développer, animer et fédérer les communautés en ligne de 4 entreprises, tout en leur offrant une cohérence stratégique et une communication digitale performante, personnalisée et humaine. Le poste repose sur une dynamique collective pour les 4 entreprises par une organisation de campagnes communes et/ou posts “en miroir”.

Stratégie & plan de communication :

  • Analyser l’identité, les valeurs et les objectifs de chaque entreprise.
  • Définir les cibles et les canaux pertinents (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, site, newsletter).
  • Construire un calendrier éditorial partagé, en intégrant les temps forts de chaque structure.
  • Assurer une cohérence globale entre les communications des 4 entreprises.

Création de contenu :

  • Rédiger, concevoir et publier des contenus adaptés à chaque audience : articles, posts, visuels, vidéos, interviews, stories, mèmes, Reels.
  • Adapter le ton et le format à la culture de chaque entreprise.
  • Mettre en avant les personnes (collaborateurs, dirigeants, projets).
  • Veiller à la qualité rédactionnelle, visuelle et à la cohérence graphique.

Reporting & pilotage :

  • Suivre les indicateurs clés (portée, engagement, trafic, conversion).
  • Fournir un rapport synthétique mensuel à chaque entreprise.
  • Analyser les résultats et recommander des actions correctives.

PROFIL ATTENDU

Pas de prérequis de diplôme en particulier pour ce poste, mais une maitrise des compétences techniques suivantes :

  • Excellente maîtrise des réseaux sociaux professionnels et grand public : LinkedIn, Meta, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest
  • Connaissance en design et des outils de création de contenu : Canva, Adobe, Photoshop, Lightroom.
  • Notions de SEO et rédaction web pour publier sur le site.
  • Capacité à planifier et programmer les publications (ex. : Buffer, Hootsuite).
  • Compétences en rédaction web et storytelling.
  • Capacité à créer du contenu vidéo simple (Reels, stories, interviews).
  • Maîtrise des outils de planification et de reporting (Metricool, Notion, Trello, Excel…).

Expérience : minimum de 5 ans sur un poste similaire en toute autonomie car vous serez seul au pilotage de ce poste.

  • Rémunération : Salaire brut mensuel pouvant aller jusqu’à 3 000 K€ pour un équivalent temps plein selon expérience et degré d’autonomie.
