ADMINISTRADOR DE CAMPAMENTO AGRÍCOLA

Zona Este

Objetivo del cargo:

Administrar y coordinar el funcionamiento integral del campamento agrícola, asegurando una adecuada gestión del personal, servicios, almacenes, recursos e información administrativa; brindando el soporte a las operaciones agrícolas y ganaderas, manteniendo comunicación permanente con la oficina central.

Requisitos:

  • Formación en Administración de Empresas, Ingeniería Agronómica, Ingeniería Industrial o carreras afines.
  • Experiencia mínima de 2 años en administración de campamentos en predios agrícolas, con responsabilidades relacionadas a la gestión administrativa y operativa del campamento agrícola.
  • Experiencia en administración de personal operativo: contratación, control de asistencia, vacaciones y permisos, organización de horarios y coordinación de equipos.
  • Experiencia en contratación, coordinación y seguimiento de servicios tercerizados vinculados a operaciones agrícolas.
  • Conocimiento del mercado y red de contactos de proveedores de servicios para el sector agrícola, especialmente transporte y provisión de personal para actividades de siembra y cosecha.
  • Conocimiento de control de inventarios, suministros, combustibles, caja chica, gastos y documentación administrativa.
  • Experiencia en elaboración y seguimiento de reportes administrativos y operativos.
  • Buen manejo de sistemas informáticos y Microsoft Office, principalmente Excel.
  • Capacidad de organización, coordinación de personal y resolución de requerimientos propios de la operación.
  • Licencia de conducir vigente.
  • Se valorará especialmente el conocimiento de la dinámica operativa de propiedades agrícolas y/o ganaderas.

Principales funciones:

  • Administrar al personal del campamento: contratación, asistencia, vacaciones, permisos, horarios y distribución de tareas.
  • Coordinar y supervisar los servicios del campamento, asegurando condiciones adecuadas de alimentación, limpieza, dormitorios, abastecimiento y transporte del personal.
  • Supervisar almacenes y el control de abarrotes, suministros, repuestos, herramientas, agroquímicos, semillas y combustibles.
  • Gestionar servicios tercerizados para la operación agrícola, coordinando proveedores de transporte y personal para siembra/cosecha y otras labores de campo.
  • Mantener y desarrollar una red de proveedores y prestadores de servicios agrícolas que permita responder oportunamente a los requerimientos de la operación.
  • Registrar y controlar información administrativa y operativa; gastos, caja chica, combustibles, producción y registros agrícolas y ganaderos, elaborando los reportes requeridos.
  • Hacer seguimiento a la documentación de respaldo y demás información administrativa generada en el campamento.
  • Coordinar necesidades de mantenimiento de maquinaria, vehículos, equipos e instalaciones, manteniendo comunicación permanente con la oficina central.
  • Actuar como referente administrativo del campamento ante proveedores, personal y comunidades aledañas.

Condiciones de la posición:

  • Disponibilidad para residir en campamento.
  • Disponibilidad para desenvolverse en un entorno de operación agrícola.
  • La empresa proporciona el alojamiento y alimentación durante la permanencia en campo.
