Nuestro cliente, Alicorp Bolivia — empresa multinacional de consumo masivo líder en Bolivia, nos ha encomendado la búsqueda de un(a) profesional de alto nivel para ocupar el cargo de:

ANALISTA DE PLANEAMIENTO FINANCIERO

(Sede Santa Cruz)

OBJETIVO DEL CARGO

Controlar y analizar los resultados financieros de las plataformas del negocio de Consumo Masivo, acompañando activamente al negocio en la identificación de oportunidades de crecimiento y rentabilidad. Profundizar en el análisis de estados financieros (P&L) y reportes de negocio, garantizando la calidad de la información financiera para una correcta toma de decisiones y la generación de valor sostenible.

REQUISITOS

Formación Académica

  • Licenciatura en Ingeniería Financiera, Administración de Empresas, Economía o carreras afines.
  • Deseable especialización o diplomado en Finanzas Corporativas, Planificación Financiera o Controlling.

Experiencia

  • Mínimo 3 años de experiencia en áreas de análisis financiero, controlling o planeamiento.
  • Experiencia en empresas de consumo masivo o rubros de alta complejidad operativa (deseable).
  • Participación en procesos de presupuesto, proyecciones y cierre financiero mensual.
  • Interacción con equipos multidisciplinarios (marketing, trade, costos, planificación de demanda).

Conocimientos Técnicos

  • Sólidos conocimientos en finanzas y análisis de P&L.
  • Excel avanzado (indispensable): modelamiento financiero y análisis de datos.
  • Manejo de herramientas de visualización: Power BI u otras similares (dashboards de rentabilidad).
  • Conocimiento de sistemas ERP (SAP u otros equivalentes).
  • Inglés avanzado (lectura, escritura y comunicación profesional).

  • Proactividad e iniciativa para identificar oportunidades de mejora financiera.
  • Innovación y creatividad en el diseño de reportes y modelos de análisis.

  • Comunicación efectiva con stakeholders internos de distintas áreas funcionales.
