Buscamos una persona altamente versátil, analítica y ejecutora para trabajar directamente con empresarios/emprendedores para ocupar el cargo de:

COORDINADOR/A DE NUEVOS NEGOCIOS Y PROYECTOS ESTRATÉGICOS

(Sede Santa Cruz)

OBJETIVO DEL CARGO

La posición tendrá un rol clave en transformar ideas en planes concretos: investigar mercados, analizar oportunidades, ordenar información, construir modelos básicos de negocio, evaluar viabilidad, coordinar tareas operativas y dar seguimiento a proyectos diversos en etapa inicial.

PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILIDADES

  • Apoyar directamente a los socios/fundadores en el análisis de nuevas ideas de negocio.
  • Investigar mercados, tendencias, competidores, proveedores, precios, consumidores y modelos de referencia.
  • Estructurar oportunidades de negocio: propuesta de valor, público objetivo, modelo comercial, operación requerida y posibles riesgos.
  • Elaborar análisis financieros preliminares: ingresos estimados, costos, márgenes, inversión inicial, punto de equilibrio y escenarios.
  • Preparar resúmenes ejecutivos, presentaciones, reportes comparativos y recomendaciones para toma de decisiones.
  • Coordinar actividades operativas iniciales de nuevos proyectos: contacto con proveedores, levantamiento de información, seguimiento de tareas, cronogramas y avances.
  • Apoyar en la implementación de pilotos, pruebas de concepto o etapas iniciales de proyectos.
  • Dar seguimiento a múltiples temas en paralelo, asegurando orden, cumplimiento y visibilidad para los líderes.
  • Identificar oportunidades de mejora, eficiencias, riesgos o puntos críticos en cada iniciativa.
  • Actuar como nexo entre los emprendedores, equipos internos, proveedores, asesores externos o potenciales aliados.

REQUISITOS

Formación Académica

  • Licenciatura en Ingeniería Financiera, Administración de Empresas, Economía o carreras afines.
  • Deseable especialización o diplomado en Finanzas Corporativas, Planificación Financiera o Controlling.

Experiencia

  • Experiencia de 2 a 5 años en consultoría, nuevos negocios, operaciones, análisis de negocios, planeamiento, startups, retail, consumo masivo o áreas similares.
  • Manejo avanzado de Excel o Google Sheets.
  • Capacidad para preparar presentaciones ejecutivas.
  • Muy buena capacidad de análisis, organización y comunicación.
  • Alta autonomía, criterio, confidencialidad y orientación a resultados.
  • Deseable experiencia usando herramientas de IA, gestión de proyectos o análisis de datos.

Conocimientos Técnicos

  • Excel avanzado o Google Sheets.
  • PowerPoint / Google Slides.
  • Análisis financiero básico.
  • Investigación de mercado.
  • Modelos de negocio.
  • Project management.
  • Herramientas de IA como ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini o similares para investigación y productividad.
  • Deseable: nociones de Power BI, Notion, Trello, Asana, Monday o herramientas de gestión.
