EJECUTIVO/A DE PROCESOS

Objetivo del cargo

Diseñar, documentar y optimizar los procesos organizacionales, contribuyendo a la estandarización operativa, el cumplimiento de estándares de calidad y la actualización permanente del sistema documental de la organización.

Requisitos

  • Licenciatura en Ingeniería Industrial, Administración de Empresas, Auditoría, Gestión de la Calidad o carreras afines.
  • Experiencia mínima de 2 años en relevamiento y diseño de procesos, sistemas de gestión de calidad, gestión documental y/o proyectos de mejora continua.
  • Conocimiento de la Norma ISO 9001.
  • Conocimiento de Microsoft Excel nivel intermedio/ avanzado.
  • Experiencia en automatización de procesos.
  • Experiencia en elaboración de políticas, procedimientos, manuales y flujogramas.
  • Conocimientos de gestión documental, listas maestras y control de cambios y versiones.
  • Capacidad de planificación y organización, atención al detalle, comunicación asertiva y orientación a resultados.

Principales funciones

  • Relevar, documentar y optimizar los procesos organizacionales.
  • Elaborar y estandarizar políticas, procedimientos, manuales y flujogramas.
  • Identificar oportunidades de optimización y participar en proyectos de mejora continua.
  • Apoyar la implementación, seguimiento y control del sistema de gestión de calidad.
  • Administrar y mantener actualizado el sistema documental, asegurando el adecuado control de cambios y versiones.
  • Coordinar con las diferentes áreas el relevamiento y actualización de sus procesos y documentación.
