Nuestro cliente, una importante empresa multinacional del sector masivos, referente en la industria de lácteos y con una fuerte apuesta por la digitalización y la gestión estratégica de personas, se encuentra en la búsqueda de:

ESPECIALISTA EN ANALÍTICA DE PERSONAS

(SECTOR: MASIVOS / GESTIÓN HUMANA — PEOPLE ANALYTICS)

(Sede Santa Cruz de la Sierra — Contrato a plazo fijo por 1 año)

OBJETIVO DEL CARGO

Liderar la transformación y análisis de datos vinculados a la gestión de personas, diseñando dashboards, modelos predictivos de rotación y productividad, e informes con insights accionables que conecten indicadores de talento con resultados del negocio. La posición reporta a la Jefatura de Cultura y Personas dentro de la Gerencia de Gestión Humana y Administración, con alcance nacional, y tiene como misión impulsar la productividad, el compromiso y la fidelización de los colaboradores desde la evidencia.

PRINCIPALES FUNCIONES

  • Diseñar y desarrollar dashboards interactivos que integren datos clave de talento (rotación, desempeño, clima, headcount, productividad), permitiendo a líderes y gerencias tomar decisiones informadas y oportunas.
  • Realizar análisis estadísticos y predictivos que identifiquen riesgos, oportunidades y correlaciones entre variables de talento, contribuyendo a la mejora continua de los procesos de Cultura y Personas.
  • Entregar informes periódicos con insights accionables que apoyen a los líderes de áreas y jefaturas en decisiones sobre desarrollo, retención y planificación de talento.
  • Administrar y depurar la información en sistemas internos (SAP HCM, Humand y plataformas complementarias), asegurando integridad, consistencia y disponibilidad de datos para análisis confiables.
  • Automatizar reportes manuales y estandarizar la producción de indicadores de gestión humana, elevando la eficiencia del área.
  • Traducir requerimientos de negocio en preguntas de datos, colaborando transversalmente con distintas áreas para responder a necesidades analíticas específicas.

REQUISITOS

Formación académica

  • Licenciatura concluida en Ingeniería Financiera, Ingeniería Industrial, Administración de Empresas o carreras afines.
  • Se valorará formación complementaria (diplomados o especializaciones) en Analítica de Recursos Humanos, People Analytics, Ciencia de Datos o áreas relacionadas.

Experiencia

  • Mínimo 4 años de experiencia acumulada en roles de análisis de datos, de los cuales al menos 2 años deben haberse desempeñado en People Analytics o Analítica de Recursos Humanos.
  • Experiencia demostrable diseñando dashboards de talento y trabajando con bases de datos de gestión humana en empresas medianas o grandes.
  • Deseable trayectoria en compañías de consumo masivo, industria o multinacionales con estructuras de HR maduras.

Conocimientos especializados

  • Herramientas de visualización de datos: Power BI, Tableau o similares (nivel avanzado).
  • Gestión, depuración y modelado de bases de datos de RRHH.
  • Estadística aplicada y analítica predictiva: regresión, clustering, modelos de rotación, correlaciones.
  • Diseño de indicadores, KPIs y dashboards de gestión humana.
  • Deseable experiencia con SAP HCM, Humand u otros sistemas de información de RRHH.
  • Deseable manejo de SQL y/o Python/R para análisis de datos.

  • Pensamiento analítico y curiosidad por los datos: capacidad para formular hipótesis, validar patrones y traducir información en decisiones.
