Nuestro cliente, Taiyo Motors, líder en el rubro automotriz, busca un profesional para el cargo de:

GERENTE DE MAQUINARIA Y CAMIONES

(Sede La Paz)

Objetivo del cargo

Liderar la estrategia comercial de la unidad de negocio de maquinaria y camiones, impulsando el crecimiento sostenible mediante el desarrollo de mercado y la ejecución del plan de negocios en los segmentos B2B y B2C. Es responsable de incrementar la participación de mercado y la rentabilidad, fortalecer el posicionamiento de las marcas, desarrollar relaciones estratégicas con clientes y canales comerciales, identificar nuevas oportunidades de negocio y garantizar el cumplimiento de los objetivos de ventas, margen y satisfacción del cliente, mediante una gestión basada en análisis de mercado, liderazgo comercial y excelencia operativa.

Requisitos:

  • Formación académica a nivel de Licenciatura en las carreras de Ingeniería Comercial, Industrial, Mecánica; Administración de Empresas o similares.

Experiencia laboral general

  • 10 años en áreas comerciales, desarrollo de negocios o gestión de unidades de negocio, liderando gestión comercial y/o de marca.
  • Al menos 5 años en posiciones de jefatura, gerencia o liderazgo de equipos comerciales.

Experiencia laboral específica

  • 5 años comercializando maquinaria pesada, camiones, vehículos comerciales, equipos industriales, maquinaria agrícola, construcción o sectores afines.
  • Experiencia exitosa en el desarrollo e implementación de planes de negocio y estrategias de crecimiento., apertura y desarrollo de nuevos mercados y clientes, gestión comercial en canales B2B (empresas, constructoras, industrias, minería, agro, transporte, logística, entidades públicas) y B2C.
