Nuestro cliente, una importante organización del sector de hospitalidad busca incorporar a un/a líder con sólida experiencia en gestión de infraestructura, mantenimiento y ejecución de proyectos, orientado/a a la excelencia operativa y la calidad del servicio.

GERENTE DE OPERACIONES E INFRAESTRUCTURA

(Sede: La Paz)

Misión del cargo

Garantizar la seguridad, disponibilidad y óptimas condiciones de las instalaciones, los sistemas de energía, agua y riego, y el equipamiento de la organización, liderando la gestión integral del mantenimiento y los proyectos de infraestructura y brindando soporte técnico a las áreas de servicio y deportivas, con control de plazos, costos, calidad y continuidad del servicio.

Responsabilidades principales

  • Planificar y ejecutar el mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo de edificaciones, estructuras metálicas, carpintería, sistemas eléctricos, de agua (pozos y bombeo), riego, piscinas y equipos, administrar el presupuesto y responder oportunamente a contingencias operativas.
  • Liderar la planificación, contratación, ejecución y seguimiento de proyectos de infraestructura.
  • Fiscalizar obras de envergadura y supervisar y ejecutar con equipo propio proyectos menores, asegurando estándares de plazo, costo, calidad y seguridad.
  • Preparar términos de referencia, evaluar propuestas, administrar contratos y verificar avances y recepciones de obra.
  • Gestionar contratistas, proveedores y equipos técnicos y operativos en distintas instalaciones.
  • Presentar indicadores de gestión, riesgos y avances de proyectos a la dirección.

Requisitos

  • Formación universitaria preferentemente en Arquitectura o Ingeniería (Civil, Electromecánica, Eléctrica o Hidráulica) o carreras afines con experiencia en obras.
  • Experiencia general mínima de 7 años en mantenimiento de infraestructura o proyectos de construcción.
  • Experiencia específica:
  • Al menos 3 años fiscalizando o supervisando obras de envergadura.
  • Al menos 3 años liderando equipos de mantenimiento y obras civiles o arquitectónicas.
  • En la gestión de contratos de obra, tercerización y administración directa, presupuestos y control de costos.
  • Coordinación con empresas de servicios básicos y entidades reguladoras (electricidad, agua, gas, municipio): ampliación de potencia, transformadores, redes, conexiones, permisos y licencias.
  • Sistemas de abastecimiento de agua con pozos y bombeo, riego tecnificado y mantenimiento de áreas verdes extensas.
  • Mantenimiento de sistemas eléctricos, mecánicos y especiales (bombas, calderos, piscinas), estructuras metálicas, carpintería y mobiliario.
  • Coordinación y negociación con múltiples áreas, orientación al servicio interno y capacidad de priorizar bajo presión. Disponibilidad para desplazarse entre sedes.
  • Se valorará formación o certificación en gestión de proyectos y experiencia en instalaciones complejas, hospitalidad, infraestructura deportiva o recreativa.
  • Se valorará experiencia en contrataciones bajo procedimientos formales y criterios de transparencia.
