Nuestro cliente, una importante empresa líder en su rubro, busca incorporar a su equipo de trabajo un/a profesional de primer nivel para el cargo de:

GERENTE DE PRODUCCIÓN

(Sede: La Paz)

Misión del cargo

Liderar integralmente las operaciones productivas de la Corporación, garantizando eficiencia, cumplimiento GMP y excelencia operacional, mediante la implementación de metodologías Lean Manufacturing, evolución hacia Industria 4.0, y el desarrollo continuo del talento humano, con foco en productividad, calidad y escalabilidad

Requisitos

  • Ingeniería Industrial, Química, Farmacéutica o afines
  • Deseable: MBA o especialización en operaciones / manufactura
  • Deseable: Especialización o maestría en Tecnología Farmacéutica

Experiencia Laboral:

  • +10 años en industria manufacturera (ideal farmacéutica)
  • +5 años liderando operaciones productivas complejas
  • Experiencia comprobada en: Implementación de Lean Manufacturing
  • Mejora de productividad
  • Gestión de múltiples líneas productivas
  • Experiencia en proyectos de:
  • Automatización
  • Expansión de planta
  • Implementación tecnológica

Conocimientos Clave

  • GMP / regulaciones farmacéuticas
  • Lean Manufacturing / Six Sigma
  • Industria 4.0 (deseable, no excluyente si tiene mentalidad transformadora)
  • Gestión de indicadores productivos
  • ERP SAP / sistemas industriales
