GERENTE DE TECNOLOGÍA (TI)

(Sede: La Paz)

La misión del cargo es liderar la estrategia tecnológica de la compañía, asegurando una infraestructura confiable y segura, la evolución de los sistemas Core y la incorporación de soluciones digitales que contribuyan a la eficiencia del negocio, garantizando la continuidad operativa, la seguridad de la información y el cumplimiento de las exigencias regulatorias del sector asegurador.

Requisitos:

  • Título en provisión nacional en Ingeniería de Sistemas o formación equivalente.
  • Sólida trayectoria profesional en posiciones gerenciales, directivas o de liderazgo en Tecnología, desarrollada en los sectores de seguros, banca, mercado de valores o entornos de alta transaccionalidad.
  • Experiencia demostrable en la dirección de áreas de tecnología, operaciones y desarrollo de software Core.
  • Experiencia en implementación, parametrización, modernización y evolución de sistemas Core de negocio.
  • Experiencia gestionando proyectos tecnológicos de gran escala, infraestructura crítica y centros de procesamiento de datos.
  • Conocimientos sólidos de gobierno de TI, infraestructura y redes, ciberseguridad, continuidad de negocio y gestión de riesgos tecnológicos.
  • Experiencia en gestión de proyectos y metodologías de desarrollo y mejora de procesos.
  • Manejo de herramientas de Business Intelligence e indicadores de gestión.
  • Postgrados, especializaciones o certificaciones en Tecnologías de la Información, PMI/PMBOK, metodologías ágiles, COBIT, Ciberseguridad o Inteligencia Artificial, serán valorados.

Responsabilidades:

  • Diseñar y ejecutar el Plan Estratégico de Tecnologías de la Información, asegurando su alineación con los objetivos de negocio de BISA Seguros.
  • Liderar la evolución, optimización y modernización del sistema Core, garantizando su capacidad para soportar eficientemente los procesos críticos del negocio asegurador.
  • Garantizar la disponibilidad, estabilidad, seguridad y alta disponibilidad de la infraestructura tecnológica, redes, servidores y centros de procesamiento de datos.
  • Fortalecer las políticas y prácticas de ciberseguridad, respaldo, continuidad del negocio y gestión de riesgos tecnológicos.
  • Liderar iniciativas de transformación, automatización y mejora de procesos, incorporando soluciones tecnológicas que incrementen la eficiencia de la organización.
  • Asegurar el cumplimiento de las normativas de seguridad de la información y gestión de riesgos aplicables al sector asegurador.
  • Implementar y fortalecer indicadores y tableros de control gerencial que faciliten la toma de decisiones y el monitoreo del desempeño.
  • Liderar equipos multidisciplinarios de tecnología, promoviendo una cultura orientada a resultados, innovación y mejora continua.
  • Gestionar eficientemente el presupuesto de Tecnología y administrar contratos y relaciones con proveedores tecnológicos.
  • Actuar como interlocutor ejecutivo ante Directorio, Alta Gerencia, proveedores, auditores y entes reguladores, traduciendo las necesidades del negocio en soluciones tecnológicas efectivas.
