Nuestro cliente, una empresa del sector de seguros con sólida trayectoria y presencia nacional, busca incorporar a su equipo un(a) profesional de alto nivel para ocupar el cargo de:

GERENTE NACIONAL COMERCIAL

(Sede: La Paz o Santa Cruz)

Misión del cargo

Dirigir, planificar y ejecutar la estrategia comercial a nivel nacional, impulsando el crecimiento sostenible y rentable del negocio, mediante el desarrollo y fortalecimiento de la cartera de clientes, la generación de nuevas oportunidades comerciales y la construcción de relaciones estratégicas de largo plazo con clientes, compañías aseguradoras, entidades financieras y aliados comerciales.

Responsabilidades principales

· Desarrollar e implementar la estrategia comercial nacional, alineada a los objetivos corporativos.

· Impulsar el crecimiento y diversificación de la cartera de clientes y la generación de nuevos negocios.

· Liderar negociaciones estratégicas con clientes corporativos, compañías aseguradoras, entidades financieras y aliados comerciales.

· Fortalecer relaciones comerciales de largo plazo con clientes estratégicos y actores clave del mercado.

· Asegurar el cumplimiento de los objetivos comerciales, financieros y de rentabilidad.

· Monitorear indicadores comerciales y evaluar la rentabilidad de clientes, productos y líneas de negocio.

· Liderar y desarrollar equipos comerciales de alto desempeño.

· Impulsar iniciativas de innovación, mejora continua y transformación de la gestión comercial.

Requisitos

· Formación universitaria en Administración de Empresas, Ingeniería Comercial, Economía, Finanzas, Derecho o carreras afines.

· Deseable formación de postgrado en Gestión Comercial, Dirección Estratégica, Finanzas, Marketing, Seguros o áreas relacionadas.

· Experiencia mínima de 5 años en posiciones gerenciales o de dirección comercial.

· Experiencia comprobada en:

  • liderazgo de áreas comerciales con responsabilidad sobre crecimiento, resultados y rentabilidad
  • desarrollo de negocios, gestión de cartera corporativa y generación de nuevas oportunidades comerciales
  • Experiencia en negociación de alto nivel con clientes corporativos y aliados estratégicos.

· Se valorará especialmente profesionales provenientes de corredoras de seguros, compañías aseguradoras, banca corporativa, banca empresarial o empresas de servicios con fuerte orientación a clientes corporativos.
