Misión del Cargo

Buscamos un(a) Gerente Nacional Técnico que lidere la estrategia técnica del negocio asegurador, integrando las capacidades de reaseguro, suscripción, pricing e ingeniería de riesgos para fortalecer la rentabilidad, la sostenibilidad y el crecimiento de la organización.

Será responsable de articular el trabajo entre las áreas técnicas, comerciales, financieras y de reclamos, promoviendo una visión integral del negocio y una gestión basada en criterios técnicos, financieros y regulatorios.

Principales responsabilidades

  • Liderar la Gerencia Nacional Técnica y sus cuatro pilares:
  • Reaseguro.
  • Suscripción.
  • Pricing.
  • Ingeniería de Riesgos.
  • Diseñar y ejecutar la estrategia de reaseguros automáticos y facultativos.
  • Negociar contratos de reaseguro con mercados internacionales.
  • Liderar la definición de políticas, normas y criterios de suscripción.
  • Supervisar el desarrollo técnico de productos aseguradores.
  • Definir metodologías de pricing que aseguren competitividad y rentabilidad.
  • Impulsar modelos de análisis financiero para la evaluación de riesgos y escenarios.
  • Garantizar el cumplimiento del marco regulatorio aplicable (APS, Código de Comercio y demás normativa vigente).
  • Trabajar de manera coordinada con las áreas Comercial, Finanzas, Reclamos y Alta Dirección.
  • Desarrollar y fortalecer equipos de especialistas técnicos promoviendo una cultura de colaboración y aprendizaje continuo.
  • Proveer información técnica de alto nivel para la toma de decisiones del Directorio y Comité Ejecutivo.

Perfil requerido

Formación

  • Licenciatura en Ingeniería, Economía, Actuaría, Administración, Finanzas o carreras afines.
  • Se valorarán estudios de posgrado en:
  • Finanzas Corporativas.
  • Gestión de Riesgos.
  • Seguros.
  • Dirección de Empresas (MBA).
  • Liderazgo Ejecutivo.

Experiencia

  • Al menos 5 años de experiencia sólida en posiciones de liderazgo ejecutivo dentro del sector asegurador, reasegurador o de gestión integral de riesgo en el sector financiero.
  • Experiencia en:
  • Reaseguro automático y facultativo.
  • Negociación con reaseguradores internacionales.
  • Suscripción.
  • Pricing.
  • Gestión técnica del negocio.
  • Deseable experiencia en áreas de riesgo financiero o riesgo crediticio dentro del sistema financiero.
