Nuestro cliente, una empresa de servicios líder a nivel nacional y reconocida a nivel internacional, busca un/a profesional de alto desempeño para el cargo de:

JEFE/A DE ARQUITECTURA TECNOLÓGICA, DATOS E IA

(Sede – Santa Cruz)

Objetivo del cargo

Será responsable de conducir el diseño y la entrega de soluciones de analítica de datos e inteligencia artificial, definiendo la arquitectura empresarial y tecnológica y gestionando la infraestructura on-premise y cloud que las sostiene, bajo criterios de escalabilidad, seguridad y continuidad. Liderará un equipo de desarrollo de IA y análisis de datos.

Requisitos:

  • Título profesional en Ingeniería de Sistemas, Informática, Redes, Telecomunicaciones o carreras afines.
  • Posgrado o especialización en arquitectura empresarial o tecnológica, gestión de tecnología, ciencia / gobierno de datos o inteligencia artificial.
  • Mínimo 6 años de experiencia en tecnología, con al menos 3 años en roles de arquitectura, infraestructura o liderazgo técnico de equipos.
  • Experiencia en arquitectura empresarial y de soluciones (TOGAF, ArchiMate o equivalentes) y en estándares de integración mediante APIs y arquitecturas orientadas a eventos.
  • Experiencia en gestión de infraestructura on-premise y en la nube (AWS, Azure o GCP), servidores, redes y contenedores (Docker / Kubernetes).
  • Experiencia en gobierno y arquitectura de datos (Data Lake, Datawarehouse, ETL) y en soluciones de BI (Power BI).
  • Conocimiento de plataformas de inteligencia artificial, MLOps y automatización inteligente.
  • Conocimiento en seguridad de la información: ISO 27001, hardening y gestión de vulnerabilidades.
  • Experiencia en gestión de equipos técnicos y de proveedores tecnológicos.
  • Inglés técnico para lectura de documentación.
  • Competencias: visión arquitectónica, pensamiento analítico, orientación a la generación de valor con datos, enfoque en seguridad y continuidad, liderazgo y trabajo interdisciplinario.
