Nuestro cliente, una reconocida universidad privada de Santa Cruz de la Sierra, con amplia trayectoria académica, programas de doble titulación internacional y fuerte vinculación con el sector empresarial, busca un/a profesional de alto desempeño para el cargo de:

JEFE/A DE CARRERA – ÁREA DE TECNOLOGÍA E INTELIGENCIA ARTIFICIAL

(Sede Santa Cruz)

Objetivo del cargo

Liderar la implementación y consolidación de los nuevos planes de estudio de ambas carreras, asegurando calidad, pertinencia y una experiencia estudiantil innovadora; posicionar sus perfiles diferenciados; impulsar la investigación, la innovación y el relacionamiento con la comunidad empresarial y educativa; y convertir las capacidades en inteligencia artificial, tecnologías digitales y gestión inteligente en un soporte transversal para toda la Facultad de Ingeniería.

Requisitos:

  • Título de grado en Ingeniería de Sistemas, Ingeniería Informática, Inteligencia Artificial, Ciencias de la Computación, Ingeniería de Software o área afín.
  • Maestría concluida en tecnología, gestión de TI, educación superior, innovación o gestión académica (indispensable). Se valorará doctorado o estudios doctorales.
  • Mínimo 5 años de experiencia profesional en tecnología y al menos 3 años de docencia en educación superior. No es excluyente provenir de una universidad, pero sí acreditar experiencia docente o de capacitación vigente.
  • Experiencia demostrable en liderazgo de equipos, coordinación académica, dirección de proyectos o gestión de unidades tecnológicas.
  • Dominio actualizado de inteligencia artificial y aprendizaje automático, ciencia de datos, datos a gran escala, IoT, conectividad, ciberseguridad y desarrollo de software moderno.
  • Comprensión de infraestructura tecnológica: sistemas operativos, redes, virtualización, computación en la nube y arquitecturas robustas, escalables y seguras.
  • Visión de gestión inteligente: estrategia, finanzas, costos, presupuestos, evaluación de inversiones y decisiones basadas en datos.
  • Gestión de proyectos tecnológicos, de investigación y de innovación: formulación, planificación, metodologías ágiles, seguimiento y transferencia de resultados.
  • Diseño curricular, evaluación del aprendizaje, aseguramiento de la calidad y normativa de educación superior. Se valorará experiencia en acreditación y revisión curricular.
  • Capacidad de articulación y vinculación: relacionamiento con empresas, colegios de bachilleres, colegios profesionales, graduados y aliados académicos; organización de eventos, concursos y hackatones.
  • Capacidad y disponibilidad para impartir clases en áreas pertinentes a los planes de estudio.
  • Inglés de nivel alto, hablado y escrito: el cargo gestiona programas de titulación internacional, bibliografía, certificaciones y vínculos con universidades socias.
  • Disponibilidad a tiempo completo en campus, con actividades de vinculación y representación fuera del horario habitual según el calendario académico. Residencia en Santa Cruz de la Sierra.
  • Competencias: liderazgo académico y tecnológico, comunicación y relacionamiento, gestión y ejecución, orientación al estudiante, colaboración interdisciplinaria, investigación e innovación, integridad y criterio.
