JEFE/A DE COMPRAS

(Sede: El Alto)

La misión del cargo es liderar la gestión integral de compras y abastecimiento de la organización, planificando y ejecutando estrategias que permitan asegurar la adquisición oportuna de materias primas, insumos, suministros y otros requerimientos, bajo condiciones competitivas de calidad, cantidad, precio y tiempos de entrega, contribuyendo a la eficiencia y continuidad de las operaciones.

Requisitos:

  • Licenciatura en Ingeniería Industrial, Administración de Empresas, Comercio Internacional o carreras similares.
  • Postgrado en Gestión de Compras, Suministros, Supply Chain o áreas relacionadas (deseable).
  • Experiencia mínima de 2 años en cargos de responsabilidad similares, preferentemente en empresas industriales.
  • Experiencia en gestión de compras, abastecimiento y negociación con proveedores.
  • Capacidad para realizar análisis comparativos de costos, precios, calidad y condiciones comerciales.
  • Manejo de indicadores de gestión y herramientas de análisis para la toma de decisiones.
  • Conocimiento de Sistemas de Gestión de Calidad e Inocuidad Alimentaria, (deseable).
  • Disponibilidad para realizar viajes a zonas de producción de quinua.

Responsabilidades:

  • Planificar y liderar la estrategia de compras y abastecimiento de la organización.
  • Negociar con proveedores las mejores condiciones de precio, calidad, cantidad, formas de pago y tiempos de entrega.
  • Evaluar permanentemente los costos de materias primas e insumos y generar análisis comparativos que apoyen decisiones de compra.
  • Desarrollar y fortalecer una red de proveedores nacionales y extranjeros, identificando alternativas que permitan mejorar las condiciones actuales de abastecimiento.
  • Gestionar estratégicamente las importaciones de materias primas, insumos y maquinaria requeridas por la organización.
  • Asegurar el cumplimiento de los requerimientos y plazos de entrega acordados con proveedores y áreas internas.
  • Liderar, organizar y realizar seguimiento al equipo de Compras, promoviendo el cumplimiento de objetivos y una gestión eficiente.
  • Establecer y monitorear indicadores de compras e importaciones, generando información útil para la toma de decisiones y la mejora continua.
  • Coordinar con las diferentes áreas de la empresa para anticipar necesidades de abastecimiento y garantizar la continuidad operativa.
  • Participar activamente en los Sistemas de Gestión Integrados, procesos de calidad, inocuidad alimentaria y auditorías.
  • Mantener contacto directo con las zonas productoras y actores vinculados al abastecimiento de materias primas, realizando los viajes que la gestión requiera.
