Nuestro cliente, PIL SA, una importante empresa industrial líder del sector de alimentos y consumo masivo, con operaciones a nivel nacional y respaldo de un grupo corporativo internacional, busca un/a profesional de alto desempeño para el cargo de:

JEFE/A NACIONAL DE PLANIFICACIÓN FINANCIERA Y ANÁLISIS

(Sede Santa Cruz — alcance nacional)

Objetivo del cargo

Liderar el proceso integral de planificación financiera, presupuesto, proyecciones, análisis de resultados y control de gestión de la compañía, generando información estratégica, oportuna y confiable que permita optimizar la rentabilidad del negocio, asegurar el cumplimiento de los objetivos financieros y respaldar la toma de decisiones del Comité Ejecutivo y la Alta Dirección. La posición depende de la Gerencia de Finanzas y Control, tiene alcance nacional y sostiene interlocución directa con el corporativo y con las gerencias de todas las áreas del negocio.

Principales responsabilidades

  • Liderar la planificación financiera integral de la compañía, coordinando la formulación del presupuesto anual, el forecast y los planes financieros de mediano y largo plazo, alineados a la estrategia del negocio y aprobados en los plazos comprometidos.
  • Analizar y monitorear el desempeño financiero y operativo de la organización mediante indicadores de gestión, identificando desviaciones, riesgos y oportunidades de mejora.
  • Dirigir la evaluación financiera de proyectos de inversión, iniciativas comerciales y decisiones estratégicas del negocio, sustentadas en análisis de rentabilidad, riesgo y creación de valor.
  • Gestionar estudios de rentabilidad, eficiencia y optimización de recursos, proponiendo acciones que contribuyan a la mejora de los resultados económicos y financieros.
  • Liderar el proceso de control de gestión y la generación de reportes ejecutivos para Gerencia General, Directorio y Corporativo, asegurando la integridad y consistencia de la información financiera.
  • Conducir y desarrollar al equipo de planificación y análisis, asegurando estándares de calidad, oportunidad y mejora continua en los procesos del área.

Requisitos:

  • Licenciatura en Ingeniería Financiera, Economía, Administración de Empresas o ramas afines. Maestría o posgrado en finanzas, control de gestión o dirección de empresas (deseable).
  • Experiencia mínima de ocho (8) a diez (10) años en planificación financiera, presupuestos, control de gestión o FP&A, de los cuales al menos tres (3) en posiciones de jefatura o liderazgo de procesos con alcance nacional.
  • Se valorará experiencia en empresas industriales, de consumo masivo o de escala corporativa con reporte a casa matriz.
  • Dominio avanzado de planeación y análisis de estados financieros, presupuestos, forecasting, control de gestión, evaluación financiera de proyectos y finanzas corporativas.
  • Manejo avanzado de Microsoft Excel y PowerPoint ejecutivo; experiencia con SAP y herramientas de BI o Data Warehouse.
  • Inglés intermedio-avanzado, por la interlocución con el corporativo internacional.
  • Visión sistémica del negocio, planificación y ejecución estratégica, comunicación e influencia organizacional, desarrollo de talento, rigurosidad analítica y tolerancia al trabajo bajo presión con plazos de cierre exigentes.
  • Residencia en Santa Cruz de la Sierra o disponibilidad de traslado.
