Nuestro cliente, reconocida empresa dedicada a la importación y comercialización de repuestos para el transporte y equipo pesado, busca:

JEFE DE ADMINISTRACIÓN Y FINANZAS

Objetivo del cargo:

Dirigir la gestión administrativa y financiera de la empresa, asegurando su solvencia, rentabilidad y eficiencia operativa. Será responsable de proporcionar información y análisis financiero confiable para la toma de decisiones, optimizar el uso de los recursos, fortalecer los mecanismos de control interno y anticipar riesgos, actuando como socio estratégico.

Requisitos:

  • Formación universitaria en Auditoría, Contaduría Pública, Administración de Empresas, Finanzas o carreras afines.
  • Postgrado o maestría en Finanzas, Dirección Administrativa, MBA o áreas relacionadas, deseable.
  • Experiencia mínima de cinco años en cargos de jefatura o gerencia dentro de áreas financieras.
  • AL menos tres años de experiencia liderando integralmente las áreas de Administración y Finanzas.
  • Sólidos conocimientos de planificación financiera, elaboración de presupuestos, flujo de caja, análisis de estados financieros y gestión del capital de trabajo.
  • Conocimientos de normativa contable, tributaria y legal vigente: Manejo de NIIF deseable.
  • Experiencia en control interno, auditoría, gestión de riesgos y costos de importación.
  • Manejo avanzado de Excel y experiencia en sistemas ERP y herramientas de inteligencia de negocios.
  • Capacidad de análisis, visión de negocio, liderazgo de equipos, comunicación ejecutiva y habilidad de negociación.

Principales Funciones:

  • Elaborar, implementar y controlar el plan financiero de la empresa, en concordancia con los objetivos estratégicos del negocio.
  • Supervisar la elaboración y emisión de los estados financieros, analizando resultados, variaciones e indicadores por sucursal y unidad de negocio.
  • Gestionar el capital de trabajo, optimizando el flujo de caja, las cuentas por cobrar y pagar, los inventarios y la disponibilidad de recursos.
  • Elaborar proyecciones y escenarios financieros que permitan anticipar riesgos, evaluar alternativas y respaldar la toma de decisiones.
  • Gestionar la relación con bancos y entidades financieras, negociando líneas de crédito, tasas y condiciones de financiamiento favorables.
  • Diseñar y fortalecer políticas y mecanismos de control interno en los procesos críticos de la organización.
  • Supervisar el cumplimiento de las obligaciones contables, tributarias y legales, así como el registro y control de los costos de importación.
  • Supervisar la política de créditos, la recuperación de cartera y el seguimiento de la morosidad.
  • Monitorear los indicadores de gestión del área, identificar desviaciones y promover acciones correctivas.
  • Coordinar la gestión administrativa con las jefaturas de sucursales y liderar al equipo bajo su dependencia.
