JEFE DE CONTROL DE GESTIÓN

Sede Santa Cruz o La Paz

Objetivo del cargo:

Gestionar y asegurar la elaboración y ejecución del Plan Estratégico de la compañía, mediante el monitoreo y análisis de los indicadores de gestión, orientando los resultados hacia la mejora continua de los procesos y la eficiencia operativa, y generando información confiable y oportuna que apoye a la Alta Gerencia en la toma de decisiones.

Requisitos:

  • Profesional en Administración de Empresas, Ingeniería Comercial, Ingeniería Financiera o carreras afines.
  • Deseable postgrado o especializaciones en Control de Gestión, Planificación Estratégica, Finanzas, Administración o Gestión de Datos.
  • Experiencia mínima de 5 años en Control de gestión, Planificación, Finanzas o áreas relacionadas, con al menos 3 años en posiciones de liderazgo.
  • Experiencia en empresas industriales y/o comerciales, con comprensión de procesos de producción, costos, presupuestos, inventarios y gestión comercial.
  • Sólidos conocimientos de control presupuestario, análisis financiero, costos e indicadores de gestión.
  • Manejo avanzado de herramientas de análisis de información y Business Intelligence.
  • Capacidad para integrar información, identificar desviaciones y traducir datos en recomendaciones para la toma de decisiones.
  • Liderazgo, planificación, comunicación, negociación y capacidad para relacionarse transversalmente con diferentes áreas y niveles de la organización.

Principales Funciones:

  • Realizar seguimiento al presupuesto de la compañía y presupuestos comerciales, analizando su ejecución, coordinando ajustes y verificando su avance respecto de los objetivos estratégicos.
  • Coordinar el control de desviaciones en la planificación de compras, producción y ventas, generando alertas oportunas para las gerencias y realizando seguimiento a las acciones definidas para corregirlas y asegurar el cumplimiento de los objetivos.
  • Monitorear la eficiencia productiva, los costos de materias primas e insumos, productos en proceso y terminados, así como los quiebres de inventario y su impacto, promoviendo acciones de mejora.
  • Apoyar la planificación y desarrollo de nuevos productos, proporcionando información para proyecciones y análisis, y coordinando indicadores de ventas e informes de rentabilidad que sustenten la toma de decisiones.
  • Coordinar la generación, análisis y seguimiento de indicadores de gestión e información de Business Intelligence, asegurando información confiable y oportuna para la gestión.
  • Gestionar y resguardar la información tangible y digital, relacionada con el área, asegurando su adecuado registro, seguridad y confiabilidad.
  • Verificar los procesos relacionados con el manejo de recursos, bienes y sistemas de información de la compañía, identificando oportunidades de mejora y recomendando los correctivos necesarios.
  • Promover una cultura de control y mejora continua en la organización, articulando con las distintas áreas para contribuir al cumplimiento de los objetivos de la compañía.
