Nuestro cliente, una empresa líder del sector agroindustrial y de alimentos, con amplia trayectoria y presencia a nivel nacional, busca un/a profesional de alto desempeño para el cargo de:

JEFE DE SEGURIDAD FÍSICA Y PATRIMONIAL

(Sede Santa Cruz)

Objetivo del cargo

Gestionar y garantizar la seguridad física y patrimonial de la organización a nivel nacional, mediante estrategias, políticas, controles y protocolos orientados a prevenir pérdidas, robos, siniestros, accesos no autorizados y otros incidentes que afecten a las personas, instalaciones y activos de la empresa, asegurando una adecuada respuesta ante eventos de seguridad y contribuyendo a la continuidad de las operaciones.

Requisitos

  • Lic en Administración de Empresas, Ingeniería Industrial, Ingeniería Comercial o Derecho, o formación profesional militar / policial. Se valorará Maestría en Gestión de Riesgos, Seguridad Integral o áreas afines.
  • Mínimo 5 años de experiencia comprobable en cargos de dirección, gerencia, jefatura o coordinación de Seguridad Patrimonial, Seguridad Física, Seguridad Corporativa o Prevención de Pérdidas, en corporaciones, sector agroindustrial, banca o logística.
  • Experiencia directa auditando y gestionando empresas tercerizadas de guardias privados registradas ante el DENACEV, y en procesos de licitación de tecnología de seguridad.
  • Experiencia liderando Planes de Continuidad del Negocio (BCP), gestión de crisis y planes de respuesta ante emergencias.
  • Experiencia en evaluación de riesgos y matrices de vulnerabilidad, auditorías de seguridad física e investigación de incidentes e irregularidades patrimoniales.
  • Conocimiento de sistemas de seguridad electrónica: CCTV y videovigilancia IP, control de accesos (biométricos, tarjetas, torniquetes), alarmas, cercos eléctricos y sensores de intrusión, con nociones de redes aplicadas a su integración.
  • Conocimiento de la legislación boliviana en seguridad privada, laboral y de protección de activos, y de normativa SySO; manejo de presupuesto, herramientas de control de gestión e indicadores.
  • Disponibilidad para viajar a nivel nacional a las distintas ubicaciones y sucursales de la empresa.
