Nuestro cliente, una empresa agroindustrial líder, con amplia trayectoria y presencia a nivel nacional, busca un/a profesional de alto desempeño para el cargo de:

JEFE DE TALENTO HUMANO

(Gestión Integral de Personas – Sector Agroindustrial)

(Sede Santa Cruz)

Objetivo del cargo

Liderar la gestión estratégica de los Recursos Humanos de la empresa, elaborando y ejecutando políticas, programas y procedimientos alineados a los objetivos estratégicos, al Sistema de Gestión Integrado (Normas ISO) y a la normativa laboral boliviana; garantizando la atracción y retención del talento, la administración de compensaciones y planillas, relaciones laborales positivas y el cumplimiento legal en Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo, liderando al equipo del área en oficinas y planta industrial.

Requisitos:

  • Licenciatura concluida en Administración de Empresas, Psicología Organizacional o ramas afines.
  • Especialización en el campo de Recursos Humanos.
  • Mínimo 5 años de experiencia liderando equipos de trabajo en el área de Recursos Humanos; de preferencia en el rubro industrial.
  • Sólidos conocimientos de legislación laboral boliviana y regulaciones pertinentes, incluyendo la gestión de programas de Seguridad Social a corto y largo plazo.
  • Administración de nóminas, compensaciones y beneficios: escala salarial, subsidios familiares (SEDEM), horas extraordinarias, bonos, seguros de salud y vida.
  • Experiencia en reclutamiento, selección y promoción de personal fijo y estacional, garantizando la atracción y retención de talento.
  • Capacitación y desarrollo organizacional: diseño del Plan Anual de Capacitación con base en la Matriz de Competencias ISO, gestión del desempeño y evaluación por competencias.
  • Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo: conocimiento de la Ley 16998 y las Normas Técnicas del Ministerio de Trabajo, y su implementación en planta y oficinas.
  • Manejo de Sistemas de Gestión Integrados (Normas ISO), con participación en auditorías internas y externas. Gestión de KPIs e informes estratégicos mediante herramientas y sistemas de gestión de datos.
  • Experiencia en relaciones laborales y resolución de conflictos (sindicatos / comités mixtos), promoviendo un clima laboral positivo.
  • Destreza en gestión y motivación de equipos de trabajo, con capacidad de trabajo bajo presión en un ámbito dinámico. Liderará un equipo de 3 personas entre oficinas y planta.
  • Competencias: comunicación efectiva con todos los niveles, resolución de conflictos, orientación a resultados y aptitud analítica, adaptabilidad, innovación tecnológica, colaboración y toma de decisiones acertadas.
