Misión del cargo

Liderar la gestión comercial y de promoción en la región La Paz, El Alto, provincias y Oruro, asegurando el crecimiento sostenido del negocio, mediante la correcta ejecución de la estrategia comercial, el desarrollo del portafolio de productos genéricos y marcas, la gestión estratégica de grandes clientes y el fortalecimiento del posicionamiento médico.

Requisitos

Formación Académica

  • Titulado en Ciencias de la Salud, Ingeniería Comercial, Administración de Empresas, Marketing o similares

Experiencia Laboral

  • 5 años en ventas farmacéuticas
  • 3 años liderando equipos comerciales
  • Indispensable conocer los territorios comerciales de La Paz y de El Alto
  • Por lo menos 2 años gestionando grandes clientes, realizando promoción médica, con una exitosa gestión de cartera y cobranza.

RESPONSABILIDADES

Liderar, supervisar y desarrollar al equipo de vendedores y visitadores médicos, asegurando una adecuada cobertura del territorio y el cumplimiento de los objetivos comerciales en La Paz, El Alto, Provincias y Oruro. *Gestionar y fortalecer el desempeño del equipo de ventas, orientando su trabajo al crecimiento del portafolio de productos genéricos, marcas y la marca innovadora, mediante seguimiento de indicadores, acompañamientos en campo y desarrollo de habilidades comerciales. *Ejecutar la estrategia comercial de la compañía, garantizando una correcta implementación en los diferentes canales de venta y asegurando el crecimiento sostenido del negocio en la región. *Desarrollar y administrar relaciones comerciales con grandes clientes, incluyendo cadenas de farmacias, agrupaciones, distribuidores y clientes estratégicos. *Coordinar y supervisar las actividades de promoción médica, asegurando la correcta ejecución de la estrategia científica y el posicionamiento de los productos en el cuerpo médico. *Fortalecer la presencia de la compañía en El Alto, La Paz , Provincias y Oruro, potenciando el desarrollo de farmacias independientes y ampliando la cobertura de mercado. *Supervisar la gestión de cartera y cobranza, asegurando el cumplimiento de las políticas comerciales y la sostenibilidad financiera del negocio. *Analizar resultados comerciales e identificar oportunidades de crecimiento, proponiendo acciones que impulsen el desarrollo del mercado y la competitividad de la empresa.
