MISIÓN DEL CARGO

Liderar la protección patrimonial y la prevención de pérdidas en plantas, almacenes, centros de distribución y operaciones regionales, reduciendo la exposición a hurto, fraude, desvíos, intrusión, sabotaje y otras amenazas. El cargo integra investigación, inteligencia de riesgos, controles físicos y electrónicos, gestión de proveedores y respuesta a incidentes para proteger activos y asegurar la continuidad del negocio.

PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILIDADES

  • Diseñar y ejecutar la estrategia regional de protección de activos y prevención de pérdidas, priorizando riesgos en plantas, almacenes, despachos, transporte, rutas y centros de distribución.
  • Conducir investigaciones sobre hurto interno y externo, fraude, desvíos, sabotaje, colusión y accesos no autorizados; preservar evidencias, determinar causas y coordinar acciones con Legal, Auditoría, Recursos Humanos y Operaciones.
  • Definir y verificar controles de vigilancia, perímetro, accesos, CCTV, alarmas y centros de monitoreo, asegurando que la tecnología y los protocolos respondan a riesgos reales de la operación.
  • Liderar equipos propios y empresas de seguridad tercerizadas, administrando contratos, dotaciones, presupuesto, SLA, indicadores de desempeño y planes de mejora.
  • Gestionar incidentes críticos, crisis y continuidad operativa; analizar tendencias de pérdida, emitir reportes ejecutivos y mantener coordinación efectiva con autoridades y actores externos relevantes.

REQUISITOS

Formación académica

  • Licenciatura en Administración, Derecho, Ingeniería Industrial o de Sistemas, Ciencias de la Seguridad, Ciencias Militares/Policiales o carreras afines. Se valorará experiencia equivalente de alta pertinencia.
  • Deseable especialización en Seguridad Patrimonial, Protección de Activos, Prevención de Pérdidas, Investigaciones Corporativas o Gestión de Riesgos.

Experiencia indispensable

  • Mínimo 8 años en seguridad patrimonial/corporativa, protección de activos o prevención de pérdidas, con al menos 3 años liderando equipos propios y/o tercerizados. Se valorará experiencia multisede en industria, consumo masivo, logística, retail, minería, energía, telecomunicaciones o banca.

Evidencias técnicas que buscamos

  • Investigaciones corporativas, análisis de pérdidas y manejo documentado de evidencias.
  • Evaluaciones de riesgo y planes de protección para instalaciones, almacenes, despachos, transporte y rutas.
  • Administración de vigilancia tercerizada, contratos, dotaciones, SLA, presupuesto y KPIs.
  • CCTV, control de accesos, alarmas, monitoreo e integración de sistemas de seguridad física.
  • Gestión de incidentes y crisis. Deseables: ISO 31000, ISO 28000, ISO 18788, BASC/OEA o certificaciones ASIS (CPP, PSP, PCI). Inglés técnico será valorado.
