Nuestro cliente, una reconocida empresa en su rubro textil, se encuentra en la búsqueda de un(a) profesional de alto desempeño que pueda ocupar el cargo de:

SUBGERENTE COMERCIAL

(Sede El Alto)

Objetivo:

Liderar la estrategia comercial, impulsando la expansión y consolidación de la presencia en mercados internacionales, así como el desarrollo continuo del mercado nacional, identificando nuevas oportunidades de negocio y exportación que contribuyan a un crecimiento sostenible y rentable.

Requisitos:

  • Licenciatura en Administración de Empresas, Comercio Internacional, Ingeniería Comercial o carreras afines.
  • Deseable MBA o estudios de posgrado vinculados a gestión comercial, negocios internacionales o áreas relacionadas.
  • Experiencia de 7 a 10 años en ventas internacionales B2B.
  • Se valorará positivamente experiencia en el sector textil.
  • Experiencia en apertura y desarrollo de mercados en Europa y Norteamérica, así como en la gestión de distribuidores, agentes, marcas y cuentas estratégicas.
  • Inglés avanzado indispensable. Se valorará el manejo de alemán u otro idioma europeo.
  • Conocimientos de negociación internacional, INCOTERMS, pricing de exportación, logística, aduanas y certificaciones aplicables al sector textil.
  • Manejo de CRM, prospección multicanal, gestión de pipeline, indicadores comerciales y elaboración de forecasts.
  • Disponibilidad para realizar viajes internacionales
