Nuestro cliente, empresa líder en su rubro y con reconocida trayectoria a nivel nacional, busca un/a profesional de alto desempeño para el cargo de:

SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGER

(Sede Santa Cruz)

Objetivo del cargo

Liderar la operación logística integral a nivel nacional, optimizando el costo logístico total y el uso de la capacidad instalada, garantizando el cumplimiento de los plazos de entrega y la satisfacción del cliente, y conduciendo y desarrollando a las jefaturas a su cargo.

Requisitos

  1. Lic. en Ingeniería Industrial, Ingeniería Comercial, Administración de Empresas, Comercio Internacional, Logística o carreras afines. Se valorará Maestría, Posgrado o Diplomado en Logística, Supply Chain Management, Comercio Exterior u Operaciones.
  2. Mínimo 5 años de experiencia comprobable liderando operaciones logísticas integrales (almacén, distribución e importaciones)
  3. Se valorará la experiencia en la dirección del área en empresas multinacionales o del rubro de masivos.
  4. Experiencia en la gestión de almacenes y de la capacidad de almacenamiento: layout, slotting, niveles de ocupación, exactitud de inventario y productividad, incluyendo proyectos de ampliación o rediseño de infraestructura.
  5. Experiencia en comercio exterior e importaciones: incoterms, regímenes aduaneros, gestión ante la Aduana Nacional y agencias despachantes, costeo de importación y desarrollo de nuevas rutas y modalidades de abastecimiento.
  6. Experiencia en distribución—diseño de rutas, flota propia y tercerizada, costo por entrega y cumplimiento de los niveles de servicio.
  7. Dominio del costeo logístico y del presupuesto del área, con manejo avanzado de Excel; se valorará WMS, ERP logístico y Power BI. Inglés intermedio-avanzado para la negociación con proveedores y agentes del exterior.
  8. Experiencia liderando equipos de alto desempeño, con disponibilidad para viajar a nivel nacional.
