Mission et activités générales de la fonction

Assurer un accueil chaleureux et professionnel des habitants, familles et visiteurs, les informer et les orienter. Contribuer au bien-être et à la convivialité de l'établissement en assurant le service et la gestion de la cafétéria.

  • Accueillir, informer et orienter les habitants, les familles et les visiteurs.
  • Assurer un service de qualité favorisant le bien-être et la convivialité.
  • Répondre aux demandes des habitants, des visiteurs et des collègues.
  • Assurer la permanence téléphonique, prendre et transmettre les messages/informations nécessaires
  • Trier et distribuer le courrier des habitants
  • Assurer le service au bar de la cafétéria et gérer les stocks
  • Effectuer les ventes, gérer la caisse et les tickets de consommation.
  • Utiliser les outils informatiques nécessaires au suivi des ventes et des stocks.
  • Respecter les procédures internes ainsi que les règles d'hygiène, de sécurité et de confidentialité.
  • Participer à la bonne organisation des évènements qui ont lieu à la maison de repos
  • Observer et relayer les anomalies/dysfonctionnements

Diplôme requis : seules les candidatures des titulaires des diplômes suivants seront prises en compte, à savoir : CESI

  • Disposer d'une parfaite maîtrise d'une des deux langues régionales (FR/NL) et d'une bonne connaissance de l'autre langue régionale
