Votre mission principale en tant que Infirmier·ère :

Vous veillez à la santé, à la sécurité et au bien-être des habitants de la Résidence. Grâce à vos connaissances en gériatrie, vous accompagnez des personnes âgées en perte d'autonomie et/ou de mobilité et rendez leur quotidien plus agréable.

Vos activités principales

  • Dispenser les soins médicaux, d'hygiène et de confort au quotidien, en fonction des besoins spécifiques de chaque habitant·e .
  • Distribuer les médicaments selon les prescriptions du médecin
  • Travailler en collaboration avec les médecins traitants
  • Surveiller et évaluer l'état de santé du/de la patient·e
  • Assurer la traçabilité des soins
  • Préparer le matériel médical
  • Anticiper les besoins en approvisionnement
  • Veiller à l'ordre dans les locaux de service
  • Proposer des adaptations du plan de soins sur base du raisonnement clinique
  • Proposer des mesures de prévention et de promotion de la santé
  • Collaborer en continu avec l'équipe interdisciplinaire afin d'améliorer la qualité des soins
  • Participer au projet de vie de la maison de repos et de soins

Votre formation et votre expérience

Les compétences en gras sont indispensables.

  • Vous avez un brevet ou un diplôme en soins infirmiers.
  • Vous connaissez la législation, les missions et les priorités d'un CPAS.
  • Vous avez une expérience dans une fonction similaire et/ou dans un CPAS.
  • Vous maîtrisez le français ou le néerlandais et vous avez une bonne connaissance de la seconde langue.

Lieu de travail

La fonction sera exercée à Evere, à la Résidence Roger Decamps (Rue de Zaventem 60, 1140 Evere), qui se trouvent tous à proximité de transports en commun.

L' offre du CPAS

  • Une équipe dynamique, motivée à aider les autres au quotidien.

  • Un complément de 11% du salaire pour les prestations de soins exceptionnelles.
  • Une prime d'attractivité de 480 € à 100% soumise aux fluctuations de l'index.
  • Possibilité de reprise d'ancienneté de maximum 6 ans pour le secteur privé et complète pour le secteur public.
  • Des chèques-repas de 8 euros.
  • Une prime de bilinguisme si vous avez le bon certificat linguistique.
