The posting

Journée type d'un chauffeur :

Il va chercher ses petits colis dans le dépôt. Il va dans une zone de contrôle. Il contrôle le véhicule, il valide. Et le manager va vérifier et valider le véhicule. Si celui-ci n'est pas en ordre, on lui fournit un autre véhicule.

Les colis sont déjà prêts et triés. Ils ont une application qui leur expliquent comment ranger les colis dans le véhicule (15min de préparation) et ensuite avec l'application on lui indique le chemin à suivre et les colis à fournir. C'est en fonction du nombre d'heures et pas en fonction du nombre de colis qu'il travaille.

Rem : accessible en transport en commun pour Gembloux (train ligne Luxembourg). Plus ou moins 1h max )

Une expérience d'un an est nécessaire.

Au niveau de la formation, elle sera de 11 jours:

1 jours de formation virtuelle (sécurité, orientation client, explication logistique du chauffeur). Il y a un petit examen. Si il le rate, il peut le recommencer.

2 jours de formation avec un chauffeur.

4 jours sur le terrain avec 65 % des colis avec un chauffeur chevronné

4 jours sur le terrain avec 85 % des colis avec un chauffeur chevronné

Il y a déjà une équipe de chauffeur qui pourra former les autres

Horaire : 10h30 avec 9h par jour.

Le chargement de 15 min, le déchargement de 15 minutes et 2x 15 minutes de pause sont compris dans les 9h de travail.

Nous offrons :

Contrat interim d'un mois suivi d'un cdd de 3 mois puis un CDI

Salaires : 14,95 h et primes en fonction des performances (pas de plainte client, tracker qui permet de voir si il dépasse les limites de vitesse...)
