Als Coördinerend Verpleegkundige in Baarn combineer je verpleegkundige zorg met coördinatie en kwaliteitsverbetering. Je werkt mee in de dagelijkse zorg en houdt tegelijkertijd overzicht. Je zorgt dat afspraken worden nagekomen, ondersteunt collega's en signaleert waar de zorg beter kan. Daarbij werk je nauw samen met verzorgenden, verpleegkundigen, behandelaren en andere zorgprofessionals. Je taken zijn onder andere: - Verlenen van verpleegkundige zorg en begeleiding aan bewoners. - Coördineren van de dagelijkse zorg en samenwerking binnen het team. - Bevorderen van de kwaliteit van zorg en cliëntveiligheid. - Coachen en begeleiden van collega's in hun ontwikkeling. - Signaleren van verbetermogelijkheden en bijdragen aan zorginnovaties. In deze functie sta je dus niet alleen naast de bewoner, maar ook naast jouw collega's. Je krijgt de ruimte om jouw verpleegkundige kennis te gebruiken om de zorg én het team verder te ontwikkelen. Jouw werkplek: het Parkgebouw in Baarn Het Parkgebouw is een kleinschalige woonvorm met 32 appartementen, speciaal voor mensen met dementie. Bewoners leven in groepen van acht in een warme, huiselijke sfeer. Er is volop ruimte voor eigenheid en het ritme van de dag wordt bepaald door de bewoners zelf. Samen met je collega's creëer je een plek die voelt als thuis, midden in een levendige woonwijk in het mooie Baarn.
