https://Top-Solution.biz (IDEEH GmbH, Fischauergasse 164/Top 1, 2700 Wiener Neustadt ) begleitet im Rahmen des AQUA-Programms des AMS ein etabliertes Fachgeschäft für Fahrräder und E-Mobility im Raum Korneuburg bei der Suche nach einer motivierten Person, die ihre berufliche Zukunft im Bereich Einzelhandel mit Schwerpunkt Sportartikel starten möchte.

Gesucht wird eine engagierte Unterstützung für ein erfahrenes Team, mit dem Ziel einer verkürzten Lehrausbildung über den 2. Bildungsweg (18 Monate). 1 Einzelhandelkaufmann/-frau - mit Schwerpunkt Sportartikel

Zielgruppe:

-Du hast die Pflichtschule abgeschlossen und möchtest einen abwechslungsreichen Beruf erlernen, bei dem Technik, Handwerk und Kundenkontakt zusammenkommen?

-In dieser Ausbildung lernst du alles rund um Fahrräder, E-Bikes und Zubehör - von der kompetenten Beratung über den Verkauf bis hin zur Mitarbeit in der Werkstatt.

-Du erhältst Einblicke in Montage, Wartung und Reparatur von Fahrrädern und E-Bikes und lernst Schritt für Schritt alles über moderne Fahrradtechnik, Ersatzteile und Zubehör.

-Wenn du gerne praktisch arbeitest, technisches Interesse mitbringst und Freude am Umgang mit Menschen hast, bist du hier genau richtig.

Profil

-Positiver Pflichtschulabschluss

-Deutschkenntnisse (mind. C1-Niveau)

-Führerschein B

-Interesse an Fahrrädern, E-Bikes und Sportartikeln

-Handwerkliches Geschick und technisches Verständnis

-Freude am Kundenkontakt und Verkauf

-Genauigkeit und Verantwortungsbewusstsein

-Verlässlichkeit, Lernbereitschaft und Motivation

-Teamfähigkeit und Einsatzbereitschaft

Tätigkeiten:

-Beratung von Kundinnen und Kunden zu Fahrrädern, E-Bikes und Zubehör

-Mitarbeit in der Fahrradwerkstatt bei Wartung und Reparaturen

-Montage und Einstellung von Fahrrädern und E-Bikes

-Durchführung einfacher Service- und Reparaturarbeiten

-Verkauf von Fahrrädern, Ersatzteilen und Sportartikeln

-Unterstützung bei der Warenpräsentation und Pflege des Verkaufsraums

-Kontrolle und Pflege des Warenbestandes

So läuft's mit AQUA: Die Ausbildung erfolgt am 2. Bildungsweg - mit viel Praxis im Betrieb und Theorie in der Berufsschule. Die Lehrzeit ist auf die Hälfte verkürzt, das Einkommen kommt über das AMS plus Ausbildungszuschuss. Die Ausbildungskosten übernimmt das Unternehmen.

Ziel:

Eintritt in ein reguläres Dienstverhältnis im selben Unternehmen nach Ausbildungsende. Mindestentgelt nach Beendigung der AQUA nach Kollektivvertrag: ca. 2.250,00 € brutto, pro Monat.(Stand 3/2026)
