Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir ab sofort 1 engagierte_n Mitarbeiter_in für den Vertriebsaußendienst (Vollzeit)

Deine Aufgaben

* Betreuung und Ausbau eines bestehenden Kundennetzwerks in deinem Gebiet

* Akquise neuer Kunden und Aufbau langfristiger Geschäftsbeziehungen

* Kompetente Beratung unserer Elektrofachpartner

* Marktbeobachtung: Trends erkennen und gezielt nutzen

* Verantwortung für den gesamten Verkaufsprozess - von der ersten

* Kontaktaufnahme bis zum Vertragsabschluss

* Enge Zusammenarbeit mit unserem Vertriebsinnendienst, dem Technik-Team und dem Marketing

* Beratung und Betreuung von Kunden im Zuge von Fachmessen, Firmenevents & Tagungen

* Eigenständige Tourenplanung

Dein Profil

*Abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder technische Ausbildung mit technischem Verständnis

*Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Vertrieb mit Firmenkunden

*Freude an der Neukundenakquise und im Aufbau von langfristigen Beziehungen

*Abschlussstärke und lösungsorientierte Beratungskompetenz

*Ausgeprägte und professionelle Kommunikationsfähigkeit und nachhaltige,

konsequente Kundenbetreuung

*Sicherer und versierter Umgang mit CRM (Microsoft CRM von Vorteil)

* Idealerweise Branchenkenntnisse im Bereich Energie oder Photovoltaik

*Hohe Reisebereitschaft
