Für unseren Partner im Bezirk Braunau am Inn suchen wir eine engagierte Fachsozialbetreuung Altenarbeit (FSBA), die Freude daran hat, ältere Menschen einfühlsam zu begleiten und ihnen im Alltag Sicherheit und Lebensqualität zu schenken.

Dich erwartet ein familiäres und wertschätzendes Umfeld, in dem die Bewohner:innen im Mittelpunkt stehen. In kleinen Hausgemeinschaften wird großer Wert auf Selbstbestimmung, persönliche Betreuung und ein gutes Miteinander gelegt. Auch die Begleitung von Menschen mit Demenz gehört zum Aufgabenbereich. 1 Fachsozialbetreuer_in Altenarbeit (FSBA)

Vollzeit oder Teilzeit Bezirk Braunau am Inn

Deine Aufgaben:

- Begleitung und Betreuung älterer Menschen im Alltag

- Unterstützung bei der täglichen Versorgung und im täglichen Leben

- Förderung der Selbstständigkeit und vorhandener Fähigkeiten

- Einfühlsamer Umgang mit älteren Menschen

- Unterstützung bei der Gestaltung eines abwechslungsreichen Alltags

- Zusammenarbeit mit dem Pflege- und Betreuungsteam

- Dokumentation der durchgeführten Tätigkeiten

Das bringst du mit:

- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fachsozialbetreuer_in Altenarbeit (FSBA)

- Freude an der Arbeit mit älteren Menschen

- Empathie, Geduld und Verantwortungsbewusstsein

- Teamfähigkeit und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
