Onze missie:Als Medewerker Receptie ben jij hét gezicht van ons hotel en zorg je ervoor dat elke gast zich meteen thuis voelt. Onder de begeleiding van onze Front Office Supervisor en de Front Office Manager werk je samen om onze service en gasttevredenheid naar het hoogste niveau te tillen. Wat ga je doen? • Het verwelkomen en in- en uitchecken van onze internationale gasten, met een vlekkeloze administratieve afhandeling. • Jij zorgt ervoor dat de wensen van onze gasten worden vervuld en dat zij altijd de juiste informatie krijgen. • Upselling is jouw tweede natuur: je helpt gasten met het reserveren van museumtickets of het huren van fietsen. • Het professioneel afhandelen van binnenkomende telefoontjes en e-mails is voor jou vanzelfsprekend. • Je zorgt voor een correcte kassa-afdracht tijdens jouw shift. • Je voert reserveringen in en zorgt voor een nauwkeurige administratieve opvolging. • Jij weet als geen ander de laatste beschikbare kamers aan walk-ins te verkopen voor de best mogelijke prijs. • De verwachtingen van onze gasten overtreffen is voor jou een sport. • Je bent in staat om in eerste instantie klachten of opmerkingen van gasten zelf op te lossen en informeert betrokkenen waar nodig. • Het inwerken van nieuwe collega's en stagiaires vind je leuk om te doen. • Tot slot, je houdt de werkplek en lobby netjes, zodat elke gast zich welkom voelt. • Word jij ons nieuwe stralend
