We zijn marktleider voor jonge snijbloemenplanten uit zaad en internationaal een van de belangrijkste spelers op het gebied van lisianthusplanten. Vanuit die sterke basis blijven we ons ontwikkelen, met steeds meer ruimte voor eigenaarschap, samenwerking en gezamenlijke verantwoordelijkheid voor het resultaat. Als Head of Customer Operations speel jij hierin een belangrijke rol. Je geeft richting, brengt mensen en disciplines dichter bij elkaar en helpt de organisatie om vanuit de kracht die er al is de volgende stap te zetten. Jouw rol In deze brede leidinggevende functie ben je verantwoordelijk voor Customer Service, Supply, Purchasing, Transport en Distribution. Daarmee stuur je een belangrijk deel van onze klantketen aan: vanaf het moment dat de verkoop is gerealiseerd en de benodigde aantallen worden vertaald naar onze organisatie, tot aan levering en nazorg van ons jonge plantmateriaal. Je geeft daarbij leiding aan circa 13 vaste medewerkers, verdeeld over de verschillende disciplines, aangevuld met circa 8 tot 10 flexmedewerkers in piekperioden. Je geeft richtinggevend en verbindend leiding. Je vertaalt de koers van Florensis naar heldere doelen en prioriteiten, geeft medewerkers duidelijkheid over hun rol en verantwoordelijkheid en creëert de voorwaarden waarin zij eigenaarschap kunnen nemen. Je overziet verschillende belangen, vormt zelfstandig een oordeel en neemt binnen je verantwoordelijkheid de besluiten die nodig zijn. Je weet veranderingen vervolgens te realiseren...
