Lass uns gemeinsam die Welt der Elektronik erobern. 2 Produktionsmitarbeiter (m/w/d) - Bohren und Fräsen

Deine zukünftigen Aufgaben:

* Nach einer umfassenden Einschulung bedienst du selbständig unsere Bohr- und Fräsanlagen. Außerdem bearbeitest du eigenverantwortlich Aufträge, rüstest die Anlagen und überwachst die Maschinen und Produktionsprozesse.

* Du stimmst dich laufend mit deinem Team und den Vorgesetzten ab, damit alle Aufträge möglichst rasch und fehlerfrei durchgeführt werden können.

* Bei Störungen und Abweichungen greifst du gleich ein und nimmst die notwendigen Umstellungen und Anpassungen vor. Die regelmäßige Wartung der Anlagen und die Überwachung der Produktqualität fallen auch in deinen Aufgabenbereich.

* In Abstimmung mit unseren Technologen und QS Mitarbeitern arbeitest du an Prozessoptimierungen in deinem Arbeitsbereich mit.

* Die Entlohnung für diese Vollzeitposition (38,5 Std.) beträgt € 3.009,82 brutto / Monat, zuzüglich Schichtzulagen. Eine Überzahlung ist je nach Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung möglich.

Das solltest du mitbringen:

* Du bringst technisches Interesse mit, eine techn. Berufsausbildung (Lehre, FS, HTL) ist von Vorteil. Erfahrung mit CNC-gesteuerten Anlagen ist wünschenswert.

* Idealerweise hast du bereits Erfahrung mit ERP-Systemen.

* Da du gut organisiert bist, fällt es dir leicht den Überblick zu behalten, auch wenn du für mehrere Anlagen gleichzeitig zuständig bist.

* Es macht dir nichts aus, überwiegend im Stehen zu arbeiten, du bist körperlich fit.

* Du kannst Schichtarbeit gut in dein Leben integrieren, da im Bereich der mechanischen Fertigung 3-schichtig gearbeitet wird (5-13h, 13-21h, 21-5h im wöchentlichen Wechsel).
