Je doet proactief voorstellen om het aanleverproces te verbeteren en voert deze uit. Je structureert veel informatie overzichtelijk en bewaakt de actualiteit ervan. Je werkt vanuit de drie pijlers van projectbegeleiding: coördineren, procesbewaking en registreren. Daarnaast stel je zelfstandig agenda's, correspondentie, notities en verslagen op en ondersteun je de vergadereffectiviteit door het overzicht te houden over acties en opvolging. Belangrijkste taken - Coördineren: Afstemmen en organiseren van activiteiten, mensen, middelen en informatie zodat voorbereidingen soepel en efficiënt verlopen; signaleren en sturen van procesoptimalisaties en verbeterideeën; verbinding leggen tussen acties en afspraken binnen diverse sectorpartijen en opdrachtgever(s). - Procesbewaking / Toetsproces / Rapportageproces: Bewaken dat het team zich aan planningen houdt; indien nodig bepalen hoe planning wel gehaald kan worden en afwijkingen goed motiveren; coördinerende rol in het toetsproces en bewaken van (proces)planningen in overleg met de Manager Programmabeheersing. - Registreren / Administreren: Structureren en systematisch vastleggen van gegevens, communicatie, besluiten en documentatie voor transparantie, verantwoording en terugvindbaarheid; toezien op naleving van archiveringsregels. - Documentreview en feedback: Zelfstandig een eerste reviewslag uitvoeren in documentatie en feedback terugkoppelen voordat stukken bij de Manager Programmabeheersing komen. - Vergader- en actiemanagement: Opstellen van agenda's en verslagen, ondersteunen van vergadereffectiviteit en bijhouden van acties en opvolging. - Netwerken en teamverbinding: Fun...
