Ons bedrijf ontwikkelt zich mega snel en we zijn op zoek naar nieuwe collega's die klaar zijn om bij te dragen aan deze groei. Ons team aan recruiters verzorgen het onboarden, begeleiden en inplannen van onze pool van uitzendkrachten. Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor onze 'shifters' en zorgt dat het maximale uit de pool wordt gehaald. Wanneer je bij ons aan de slag gaat, staat jouw ontwikkeling voorop. Lees dan verder! €2350 - 2750 p/u Bereken je maandsalaris Over de functie: Binnen deze functie krijg je een afwisselend takenpakket. Samen met het team ben je verantwoordelijk voor het managen van de pool met fietsbezorgers bij grote klanten zoals bijvoorbeeld Thuisbezorgd, PostNL, Cycloon (onderdeel van bol.com). Je houdt je bezig met het verwerken van binnenkomende sollicitaties en bepaalt of een kandidaat een goede match is voor de opdrachtgever door middel van een online sollicitatie gesprek via een video-call. Daarnaast zorg je voor alle administratieve handelingen (denk hierbij aan bijvoorbeeld het inschrijven van de kandidaten en het doorgeven van de juiste informatie aan onze salarisadministratie). Je onderhoudt dagelijks contact met je poule van riders en doet er alles aan om de betrokkenheid van de riders te maximaliseren. Je bent hét aanspreekpunt bij vragen, je maakt weekplanningen, verwerkt ziekmeldingen, vakanties en zorgt ervoor dat iedereen zijn/haar beschikbaarheid op tijd invult.
