Dit doen we samen met toonaangevende partners zoals Universiteit Utrecht, Hogeschool Utrecht, UMC Utrecht, het Prinses Máxima Centrum, RIVM, Nutricia Danone, Genmab, Merus en stads/regiopartners als Utrecht Marketing, Provincie en Gemeente Utrecht. De stichting bestaat uit een team van circa 10 fte, afhankelijk van lopende projecten wordt het team aangevuld met externe krachten. Functie Voor de periode september t/m november (met eventueel uitloop naar december) zijn we op zoek naar een stagiair die werkervaring op wil doen op het gebied van communicatie & events. We zoeken iemand met bijv. een studie Communicatie, Design, Multimedia of Event Management en/of wat werkervaring in deze branche. Je werkzaamheden zullen m.n. gericht zijn op de communicatie van de Utrecht Science Week die van 25 september t/m 4 oktober 2026 plaatsvindt. Dit houdt o.a. in: - Contentcreatie (m.n. beeld) rondom de programmaonderdelen van de Utrecht Science Week voor website en social media. - Assistentie bij vullen en optimaliseren van de Utrecht Science Week website en blokkenschema. - Hulp bij planning, plaatsing en verspreiding van Utrecht Science Week materialen (flyers, rollbanners, vlaggen etc.) - Hulp bij plaatsen van nieuws- en social media berichten en hulp bij het maken van mailings/uitnodigingen en presentaties/visuals. - Meehelpen met de voorbereiding en invulling van programmaonderdelen/events.
