Über diese Stelle

In Ihrer Rolle im Einkauf sind Sie dafür verantwortlich, die Beschaffung von Waren und Dienstleistungen effizient und kostengünstig zu gestalten. Sie arbeiten eng mit Lieferanten und internen Abteilungen zusammen, um die besten Einkaufsbedingungen zu verhandeln und sicherzustellen, dass alle benötigten Materialien und Produkte zur richtigen Zeit verfügbar sind. Durch Ihre Marktkenntnis und Verhandlungsgeschick tragen Sie dazu bei, die Wettbewerbsfähigkeit des Unternehmens zu sichern und die Versorgungskette reibungslos zu gestalten.

Deine Aufgaben

* Koordination von internationalen Marktanalysen und Einkaufsprojekten

* Einflussnahme auf Produktentwicklung und Kostenreduktion

* Definition und Durchsetzung von Einkaufs-, Lieferanten- und Warengruppenstrategien

* Planung und Durchführung von Ausschreibungen, Verhandlungen und e-Auctions

* Contract Management inkl. Risk- und Claim Management

* Aufbau und Pflege von Lieferantenbeziehungen sowie aktives Risikomanagement

* Optimierung und Digitalisierung der Einkaufsprozesse

Dein Profil

* Erfolgreich abgeschlossene technische und/oder kaufmännische Ausbildung (Fachhochschule, Studium)

* Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Einkauf in einem internationalen Umfeld

* Erfahrungen im Bereich von Projekt- und Change-Management

* Erfahrung mit SAP oder einem anderen ERP-System mit Fokus auf Einkauf

* Verhandlungssicheres Deutsch und Englisch werden vorausgesetzt

* Ausgeprägte Verhandlungsstärke und Durchsetzungskraft

* Hohe Ergebnisorientierung und Flexibilität kombiniert mit Kommunikationsstärke

* Interkulturelle Kompetenzen von Vorteil

* Reisebereitschaft > 20 %

Ihr Jahresgehalt richtet sich nach Ihren beruflichen Vorerfahrungen und Ihrer Ausbildung und liegt zwischen € 43.000,- und € 63.000,- brutto pa. auf Vollzeitbasis. Bei entsprechender Übererfüllung der Anforderungen können wir diesen Rahmen individuell anpassen.
