Ihre Aufgaben

Sie unterstützen unser Team bei den folgenden Tätigkeiten:

* Erstellung von Status Reports für das Management

* Mitarbeit an der Erstellung von Steuererklärungen

* Unterstützung des Projektmanagements bei der Organisation von Events sowie PR & Social Media

* Dokumentation und Kontrolle der Einhaltung von Prozessen

* Datenaufbereitung und Auswertung für Accounting & Controlling & HR

* interne Fakturierung

* Transformation ins KI Zeitalter

* Technical Issue Management

* Mo - Do: 14:00 - 17:00 Uhr

Ihre Qualifikationen

* Laufendes Studium oder abgeschlossen im Bereich der (Wirtschafts-)Informatik, Betriebswirtschaft oder Projektmanagement

* Sehr gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit MS Office (insbesondere Excel & PowerPoint)

* BMD NTCS Kenntnisse

* Hohe IT-Affinität

* Teamgeist, Flexibilität sowie sehr gute kommunikative Fähigkeiten

* Gute analytische Fähigkeiten, eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe und ein sehr hohes Maß an Genauigkeit

* Organisationstalent sowie eine selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise

* Der Tätigkeit entsprechende, verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort/Schrift
