Functie inhoud Over het project Als Uitvoerder Utiliteitsbouw geef je leiding aan de nieuwbouw van een moderne basisschool. Een project met maatschappelijke impact, waarin een duurzame en inspirerende leeromgeving wordt gerealiseerd voor toekomstige generaties. De school bestaat uit eigentijdse leslokalen, multifunctionele ruimtes en duurzame voorzieningen die bijdragen aan een prettige en toekomstbestendige leeromgeving. Vanaf de eerste fundering tot de oplevering ben jij verantwoordelijk voor een veilige, kwalitatieve en efficiënte uitvoering van dit bijzondere utiliteitsproject. Wat ga je doen? Als uitvoerder ben jij het aanspreekpunt op de bouwplaats en zorg je ervoor dat de nieuwbouw van de basisschool volgens planning, binnen budget en met de gewenste kwaliteit wordt gerealiseerd. Je stuurt de uitvoering aan en zorgt ervoor dat alle betrokken partijen optimaal samenwerken. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: - Het dagelijks aansturen van medewerkers, leveranciers en onderaannemers op de bouwplaats. - Het bewaken van de planning, kwaliteit, veiligheid en voortgang van de nieuwbouw van de basisschool. - Het coördineren van alle werkzaamheden en het afstemmen tussen de verschillende disciplines. - Het signaleren van risico's en knelpunten en het tijdig bijsturen waar nodig. - Het onderhouden van contact met de projectleider, werkvoorbereider, opdrachtgever en bouwpartners. - Het zorgen voor een veilige, nette en goed georganiseerde bouwplaats gedurende de volledi...
