Maatschappelijke impact Ondanks de krappe arbeidsmarkt ervaren nog steeds veel mensen belemmeringen bij het vinden van passend werk. Stichting JobOn heeft de afgelopen jaren diverse initiatieven gelanceerd om de mismatch op de arbeidsmarkt te verkleinen. Naast het unieke talentprogramma voor werkzoekenden, werken wij in opdracht van gemeenten, fondsen en andere partijen aan projecten voor specifieke doelgroepen. Altijd persoonlijk en laagdrempelig, de ontmoeting staat centraal! Over Stichting JobOn Stichting JobOn is begin 2013 opgericht als de Broekriem door drie twintigers in Utrecht die elkaar vonden in de behoefte aan contact in de zoektocht naar werk. Wij zijn de afgelopen jaren uitgegroeid naar een landelijke organisatie met een bevlogen kernteam, bestuur en raad van toezicht. JobOn is een ANBI-stichting zonder winstoogmerk. Dankzij donaties van deelnemers, subsidies van gemeenten, sponsoring van ondernemers en giften van fondsen werken we aan een duurzame financieringsmix. Over de functie De Raad van Toezicht bestaat uit drie leden, waaronder de voorzitter, en streeft naar een evenwichtige en diverse samenstelling. De Raad van Toezicht oefent toezicht uit op de stichting. De bestuurders leggen achteraf verantwoording af aan de Raad van Toezicht. Dit op grond van een aantal concrete afspraken over resultaatdoelstellingen. De Raad houdt toezicht op het functioneren van de Bestuurders en ziet erop toe dat de organisatie efficiënt en effectief wordt geleid, met aandacht voor de best mogelijke maatschappelijke bijdrage die JobOn kan leveren. De Raad is betrokken en heeft een klankbordfunctie én adviesrol bij strategische keuz...
