Job Description :

Nous recherchons un.e Conducteur.rice de ligne de fabrication expérimenté en horaire d’équipe 2x8 pour rejoindre notre unité de production pharmaceutique.

Vos principales missions seront l'approvisionnement du réacteur ou de la ligne de production, et l'organisation du poste de travail du démarrage jusqu’à l'arrêt de l'équipement.

Dans ce cadre, vous assurez le bon déroulement de la production et réalisez les contrôles in-process.

Vous renseignez les supports qualité et de suivi de la production et vous êtes capable d’alerter en cas de détection de dysfonctionnements.

Vous aurez également la charge d’assurer le nettoyage de l'équipement, effectuer des réglages pour garantir une production conforme.

Vous participerez aux projets de développement de l'atelier en collaboration avec les services support à la production.

Enfin, vous êtes en charge de suivre et compléter les indicateurs du service/secteur, assurer la formation et/ou l'intégration au poste des nouveaux arrivants et proposer des améliorations de fonctionnement de la ligne/poste.

Profile Description :

De formation autodidacte à Bac équivalent ou idéalement issu de l’IMT, vous avez de solides connaissances relatives aux BPF ainsi qu’en process de production cosmétique

.

Rigoureux(se), précis, dynamique et flexible, vous êtes également doté(e) d’un sens du travail en équipe et d’un bon relationnel.

Vous avez une bonne capacité d’organisation et d’autonomie. Vous avez la capacité de planifier et contrôler votre production.
