Job Description :

Ce poste est à pourvoir en CDD pour au moins 6 mois.

Au sein de la Direction Qualité, vous garantissez et mettez en œuvre la politique assurance qualité de l'entreprise, pour garantir la conformité des produits cosmétiques , actifs cosmétiques et nutraceutiques et vérifier la qualité des opérations industrielles, dans le respect des référentiels en vigueur et de la stratégie d’entreprise, en animant les équipes et en gérant le budget du service. Vous êtes principales en charge de :

  • Organiser la libération des lots
  • Organiser / réaliser le traitement des anomalies , des réclamations et le suivi des actions correctives et préventives
  • Gérer le traitement des réclamations et des éventuels rappels de lots
  • S’assurer de la réalisation des Revue Qualité Produit en capitalisant tout au long de l’année les données nécessaires
  • Evaluer les impacts qualité et suivre les change control de son périmètre
  • Audits et inspections :Préparer et participer aux audits internes ,clients, inspection des autorités de santé et organismes certificateur.
  • Proposer et suivre les actions correctives et préventives en lien avec les audits/inspections
  • Animer l’Assurance Qualité sur le terrain et participer aux projets site ou projets qualité
  • Identifier les risques qualité et leurs moyens de maîtrise
  • Suivre la performance qualité et prendre les actions nécessaires

Profile Description :

De formation supérieure ou équivalent vous avez une expérience confirmée dans le domaine de la qualité opérationnelle et le management d'équipe. Vous maîtrisez les référentiels et réglementation cosmétique et dispositifs médicaux : BPF ISO 22716. Votre expérience vous a permis de développer de bonnes connaissances des procédés industriels de fabrication, des activités du Contrôle Qualité et de la validation. Vous maitrisez les outils informatiques type LIMS et ERP. Vous avez l'esprit de synthèse et d’analyse, une capacité à décider ainsi que des aptitudes à manager et travailler en équipe. Vous pratiquez l'anglais professionnel.
