Job Description :

Au sein de la Direction Achats et Supply Chain, dans le cadre d’une création de poste, le.a responsable performance de la chaîne de valeur, a pour objectif d’améliorer la robustesse de nos opérations sur l’ensemble de la chaîne de valeur, depuis nos fournisseurs jusqu’aux clients finaux. A ce titre vous êtes principalement chargé.e de :

  • Coordonner le pilotage de la performance financière et extra-financière de bout en bout, mettre en place et animer les revues de performance par métier, les plans de productivité logistiques, achats directs et indirects, la feuille de route impact RSE…
  • Développer une approche « centre d’excellence » au service des filiales, permettant d’accompagner les équipes locales sur leurs projets (appels d’offres, sous-traitance, optimisation logistique …), l’amélioration de leurs outils et processus, le développement des compétences des équipes locales (prévision des ventes, marketing achats, négociation fournisseurs …), le partage de guidelines et de bonnes pratiques.
  • Préconiser des actions de progrès sur les processus et outils clés de la fonction, avec une approche de création de valeur et une attention particulière aux équilibres financiers et extra-financiers. En particulier
  • Standardiser et digitaliser les processus, mettre en place les indicateurs de maîtrise et de respect des processus.
  • Embarquer les équipes dans la conduite du changement, le développement des compétences individuelles et collectives, montrer la valeur crées et documenter les processus.
  • Garantir la structuration et la précision des données, fournir des analyses à forte valeur ajoutée et soutenir la prise de décision stratégique
  • Accompagner les équipes sur le suivi de la performance fournisseurs, animer les plans de progrès, garantir le respect des procédures et contribuer à la maîtrise des risques achats & supply chain.

Profile Description :

Vous êtes un professionnel de la supply chain disposant d’une expérience confirmée en achats et supply chain d’au moins 5 ans (processus achats, approvisionnement, production, prévisions…). Vous avez une expérience opérationnelle en industrie (pharmaceutique, cosmétique, agro-alimentaire…) ou dans le conseil auprès de ce type d’industrie. Vous avez une très bonne capacité à mobiliser et fédérer votre équipe et les équipes en transversal, dans des projets de transformation. Vous avez une très bonne maîtrise des ERP/CRM/SRM et process de la gestion des flux de commandes et de livraisons.

Vous êtes reconnu.e pour votre capacité à structurer, piloter et amener des analyses claires pour aider à la décision. Votre leadership, votre sens du service, et votre pédagogie vous permettent d’accompagner efficacement les équipes dans le changement.
