Was dich bei uns erwartet

Bei uns übernimmst du Verantwortung für die Erschließung unserer Bauprojekte – von der ersten Idee bis zur Umsetzung:

  • Planung und Steuerung der Erschließung (Erd-, Tief- und Kanalbau sowie Außenanlagen)
  • Entwicklung von Entwurfs- und Ausführungsplanungen (2D & 3D)
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Versorgern, Behörden und Erschließungsträgern
  • Erstellung von Leistungsverzeichnissen (u. a. mit RIB iTWO / R.I.B. 4.0)
  • Enge Abstimmung mit unseren interdisziplinären Fachplanern und Projektteams

Kurz gesagt: Du bist nicht nur Planer, sondern aktiv Teil des gesamten Projektprozesses.

Rahmenbedingungen:

Standort: Gustav-Weißkopf-Straße 5, Erfurt Eintritt: ab sofort oder nach Vereinbarung Vertragsart: unbefristet, ob Teil-oder Vollzeit entscheidest du.

Das bringst du mit:

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bauingenieurwesen (idealerweise Schwerpunkt Tiefbau) oder vergleichbar
  • Erfahrung in der Planung von Tiefbau- und Erschließungsprojekten
  • Sicherer Umgang mit CAD (idealerweise Archicad) und MS Office
  • Erste Berührungspunkte mit BIM sind ein Plus
  • Freude an Zusammenarbeit und daran, Dinge wirklich umzusetzen
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (mind. C1)
