Dachdecker (m/w/d) Flachdach gesucht – bei uns bleibst du nicht auf der Strecke, sondern auf dem Dach

Du packst an, arbeitest sauber und weißt, dass ein gutes Dach mehr ist als nur die oberste Schicht? Dann komm zu uns ins Team. Wir suchen ab Juni 2026 Dachdecker (m/w/d) mit Schwerpunkt Flachdach – für regionale und bundesweite Projekte, klare Abläufe und ein Arbeitsumfeld, in dem gute Arbeit gesehen und geschätzt wird.

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Abdichtung von Flachdächern mit Bitumen, Kunststoff und Flüssigkunststoff
  • Wartung und Reparatur von Flachdächern
  • Verlegen von Dämmung und Gefälledämmung
  • Installation von Entwässerungssystemen
  • Umsetzung von Sicherheitsvorkehrungen auf dem Dach

Das bringst du mit

  • abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Dachdecker (m/w/d) oder vergleichbare praktische Erfahrung
  • idealerweise Erfahrung in der Flachdachabdichtung, besonders mit Flüssigkunststoff
  • Teamgeist, Zuverlässigkeit und Lust auf ehrliches Handwerk
  • Führerschein Klasse B
  • sichere Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Polnischkenntnisse sind willkommen, aber kein Muss
