Zur Unterstützung unseres Teams suchen wir ab sofort einen kaufmännischen Mitarbeiter (m/w/d) in Teilzeit (25 Std./Woche).

Rahmenbedingungen:

Standort: Gustav-Weißkopf-Straße 5, Erfurt Eintritt: ab sofort oder nach Vereinbarung

Arbeitszeit: Teilzeit (25 Std./Woche)

Vertragsart: unbefristet

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Erfassung und Prüfung von Eingangsrechnungen im ERP-System
  • Stammdatenpflege im ERP-System (RIB 4.0)
  • Unterstützende Tätigkeiten für unsere Finanzbuchhaltung
  • Allgemeine kaufmännische Zuarbeit im Tagesgeschäft

Das bringst du mit – fachlich und menschlich:

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung (z. B. Industrie‑ oder Bürokauffrau/-mann)
  • Idealerweise erste Erfahrung im Bau‑ oder Projektumfeld
  • Sehr gutes Zahlenverständnis und eine sorgfältige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office
  • Erfahrung mit ERP-Systemen wünschenswert (RIB iTWO / RIB 4.0 von Vorteil)
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (mind. C1)
